Definitely should happen (and probably will at some point, because money always wins out in the end). And the idea that we can't do it in November is ridiculous. High schools have Friday night games in November all over the Midwest every year. The NFL does it. FCS schools have playoff games in the North in December. It's a red herring. Moving a game from 3:30 to 7:00 (or 7:30 or even 8:00) can be done easily without moving the game earlier in the season. We are talking about a few degrees in temperature at most by the end of the game. And 3:30 games in late November are already cold enough that fans have to bundle up. It's a silly argument.

They will always be the last game of the year no matter what. And the Big 10 will not be dominated by 2 teams. NW is on the way up, Iowa will be back, Wisconsin will settle in on a coaching staff and be tough, Nebraska will always present a challenge, MSU might fall of a bit but not enough...not to be relevant in the conference, and Illinois will get better. The Big 10 has seen better days obviously, but they will be back. Don't be nieve and think that UM and OSU will duel it out every year. Just not going to happen.

To me, the Michigan-Ohio State rivalry is one of the greatest events in all of sports. While I wouldn't hate to see it moved to primetime, I'd prefer to see it maintain as many traditional characteristics as possible and remain in the regular time slot. In a way, I think that makes it even cooler - a way of saying "this game doesn't even need to be in primetime to have a primetime atmosphere."

Putting "The Game" in prime time would be a huge recruiting boon for both tOSU and UM. Needs to happen. Think of all the recruits around the country that would watch that game. Kids west of the mississippi are still sleeping when The Game kicks off.
