Ok how about this? Enjoyed watching Bama kick the ever loving crap outta the Blue. But good luck the rest of the way, and if we ever play again, I hope for a repeat of the bashing we gave UM. Learn to lose with class.. you should get plenty of pratice this year!

We got our ass handed to us, so I expect to get harassed and patronized by other fan bases.

It sucks, but it's what happens when you are trying to get to the top and obviously aren't there yet.

What does bother me, though, are rival players talking crap on Twitter. Especially guys like Nick Hill from MSU who practically begged for a Michigan offer and now feels the need to point out how bad Denard is? That's obnoxious.

Michigan will be fine, they have a top 5 recruiting class now with a QB that should be pretty good. Last years class was very good also. It takes a couple of years to get these guys ready.

All we did was win the game and tie the series at 2 games each.

In a couple of years it would be a pleasure to play Michigan for the National Championship.
That would mean y'all beat the crap out of Ohio State and Urban Cryer...

I have to echo the sentiment of the other Alabama fans on this thread. Every Michigan fan I met was nice and classy. I posted on the Alabama board that I met a group of Michigan guys, the Friday prior to the game, who were hilarious. We spent thirty minutes cracking on Urban. I have not laughed that hard in a long while. I am not being condescending when I say I am rooting for you guys to win the Big Ten. First it makes us look that much better if you do. And I was really won over by the fans I met this weekend. Great group of fans.

As a Bama fan for 60 years when I congratulate the Big Blue for being such a class act, I am not patronizing anyone. You have to understand in the SEC we are accustomed to some of the teams that we beat become so livid that they lose all common sense. When we play a team that realizes it is a football game, not life and death, and they stay classy even the day after the game--we celebrate that kind of class. I grew up watching Bama teams coached by Coach Bryant and he was the a paragon of class. I think our present coach is the same. So THANK YOU Michigan fans for having the class and character that is winning NO MATTER WHAT THE SCORE!!

Actually this game will be burned into the minds of the program. Yes, it was a test and we have a ways to go. But we are recruiting the best of the best, and yes they are coming to AA. We will get our kids and we will be Michigan again. What is sad is what we endured through the RRod years. I know one thing, Saban knows he will pay for this. Why, because he knows we are Michigan and we are superior to him. Always have been and always will be.

Keep it up, win it all, and until we meet again, just remember, when that day comes will be a day you will be surprised.

Do you mean Michigan is not the better program right now, or overall? Is Bama better from a historical perspective? Before 2007, would you say that Michigan was the better program? Right now, Bama is the better program. Overall historically, I say Bama and Michigan are top 5 programs all time (probably with Oklahoma, and a combination of two of USC/ND/Ohio St/Neb/Texas). Your recent national championships tilt that argument slightly in your favor, although we have more overall wins, conference championships, Heisman trophy winners and all americans. The top two metrics are National championships and overall wins, so we have some natty's to catch up on.

We need to get better, and we need to do that very soon.

You should see some of the filth Tom Izzo's biggest recruiting bust in his history had to say. Making fun of Denard throwing a football. i honestly think that they are all genuinely looking for upvotes and dont care for michigan in the least. "Its an honor to play... " what a load of crap no matter what team is inserted. did you play in the game? no. its not an honor to play anyone. you want to kill your opponent. these people posting this crap are nothing more than trolls hoping for upvotes not people who care for your program or any other program other than the one or two that they are fans of
