FOOTBALL: The U-M Department of Public Safety provided a few more details about football defensive end Frank Clark’s second-degree home invasion charge. According to DPS spokesperson Diane Brown, a resident of Stockwell Hall dorm left his room and returned to find his door cracked open and his laptop missing on June 14. After a few days of DPS investigation, the laptop was found in Clark’s possession and he was arrested on June 19. His preliminary hearing is set for Aug. 2.

Ummm....if that's from an actual police report, and nothing has changed at Stockwell dormitory, I find it amusing that the student left HIS dorm room open. You see, Stockwell is an all girl dorm. Seems the distinction between He and She would have been caught by someone before releasing these 'tidbits'

if he stole it then he should be cut from the team, but he still has his side of the story to give. maybe the person who stole it sold it to clark without clark knowing it was stolen property. usually people steal things to sell it fast for quick money. this could be the case. we should wait until his court day and see his side before judging.
