Kids say they want offers all the time doesn't mean they will actually go there. Kyle Dodson, Alex Kozan begged for an OSU offer before they got them, did that mean they committed to OSU.
Oh you brought up the Mannings, well lets see MgoPhilly. By the time Eli was going to College Peyton was in the NFL. Also ELI went to his Fathers Alma Mater. Yes brothers do tend to play together. See Evan Goodman who choose ASU over schools like OSU, FLA, Auburn and more.
Weather you like it or not unless something changes for his Brother, OSU is his most likely destination.

Not only is his brother at tOSU, but his parents are really pusing him to Columbus. Urbans already recruiting him hard. I think we were the first team to offer him. Im not saying hes a lock to OSU, but theres a very very good chance he lands here.

Word has it Rod will be one of the transfers coming this off-season. I would assume that takes OSU out of the running for his brother. Heard great things about Rod all summer, but then he got buried on depth chart after a few fumbles. After this and the latest comments by Jaylon, Michigan may now be the team to beat.

I think this kid was a buckeye lock until all of his brother's stuff. I actually will be surprised if the kid is on the team at the start of next season. If that is the case, then the gates are open. Of course, urban will try to keep players in the fold like Rod and tell them what they need to hear, just so he can recruit the younger brother. He has done it in the past.

Do you guys think you would take Rod too if he wants to transfer in? He seems like a good kid. Didn't spout off on twitter when he got benched or when he was temporarily moved to LB. He even seemed to enjoy hitting people on kick-offs. I will hate to see him go, but wish him and his brother the best. Whole family has been nothing but classy.

It is unlikely b/c of the Big Ten intra-conference transfer rule. Basically a player who transfers from one Big Ten school to another Big Ten school would have to pay his own way.
I think a few years ago, you had a LB (IIRC Kerr) from Indiana who paid his way to play for the Buckeyes.
