Actually we want Dymonte but we would rather have Vonn Bell who is a superior safety prospect. We are probably leading for Bell as of right now. We would love to have Thomas, but you guys have done a good job in keeping him. This isn't over yet though and no Buckeye fans are saying that we passed on him so stop making stuff up.

be real now, vonn bell is the better prospect. have you read any articles that the staff have written?
that said the bucknut didnt say anything wrong. he simply stated we would love to have thomas in the class because he is a great prospect, but as a bucknut i can agree with what he said that next to nobody believed this kid would or will switch.
on the second point he was just saying if given the choice of which safety prospect we would rather have most all of us would choose bell. both are elite defensively and both offer the availability of being used on offense as well.
that said based on staff articles and rankings most people, (not just bucknuts) believe that bell is the superior prospectThis post has been edited 2 times, most recently by Kenetic on 4/29/2012 at 1:41 PM

Thomas is several marks better on Rivals (which has been the most accurate over the years). Bell is #3 ranked safety prospect in the nation on Scout; Thomas, #5. Both 5*s on Scout. That is pretty much a wash - but for the sake of argument, let's say Bell is marginally better. 247Sports hasn't been out long enough to determine how accurate they are in grading prospects.
So erm do tell how you concluded that Bell is the "superior" prospect? According to the most accurate recruiting services over the years, your BEST argument is that they're equal.
No, am not paying much attention to a service that had Ohio's Michigan commits almost all ranked lower simply because they passed on Ohio State (last year I believe).
