after a score? Not just him, I see in from other teams, both college and NFL....Just wondered if you guys think it's a cool thing or getting tired of it....
To me, I'm tired of seeing it as it is done by so many, but to be honest, it looks dumb....
I know, I know, some of you will be throwing out the "You'll be seeing it 10 times in November,.....etc."
I'm not starting anything, just asking what u think of it as a whole..not just a Michigan thing

I don't like celebrations really, unless it's like those crazy european soccer ones.
Not a big fan TBH.

I'm a pretty big fan of womens olympic soccer or beach volleyball celebrations.....I mean you have girls taking shirts off and then girls in bikinis hugging....gotta say a lot better than the Icky Shuffle...

Didn't mind it against Ohio State last year because I thought it was a one time thing.
It like the joke that you dad said that made you laugh once when you were 8, but after 20 times it got old fast.
Time to retire that one and move on to acting like it isn't the first time you've been in an end zone.

Yes I like it because it's to promote a charity for their hometown.
Plus it pisses off the Bucknuts so much it's ridiculous.

As a Buckeye fan, I thought it was a cute little thing. (during The Game) If he is still doing it, then it may be getting old. I didn't look into the Pahokee site that deeply, so I didn't see his connection.
If they get money for him doing that after a score...then eat up Denard. Just be stuffed and not able to eat another bite in 43 days.

I hate to say this, but I sort of agree with Mr. Buckeye here. It was fine last year, but now every time I see it I think it's a bit worn out. Then, again, I'm not the one working out and practicing my butt off all year and getting crunched by very angry DEs and LBs flying at me at full speed each Saturday. If Denard wants to keep doing it, he's more than earned the right.

I love it, if for no other reason than Ohio fans apparently HATED it after the game last year, and blasted Denard for it... which, when you look at the behavior of so many of their star players in the last decade or so, and consider the fact that Denard is a total class act, is hilarious to me.

If that's all that someone can conjure forth to complain about with respect to Denard then he must be doing something right. And if that's his way of reminding his teammates - and himself - that they're getting closer to the title they seek, more power to him.
It lasts about 6 seconds, isn't showy, and isn't disrespectful. Good grief.

This is the first year in a while I feel our defense is better than yours.
I don't mind it. It seems like a motivational thing and it is not like he is off in some corner doing it. He is running to his teammates. If he was doing something to celebrate to make it all about himself, I would not like it.

I don't think he was taking a shot at religious faith with that comment. If anything, I think he was referring to the ideology of a Demi-god, which IIRC, historically comes from Greek mythology.
