Thanks. Very exciting player. Hopefully he can help out the return game next season.

  • Good stuff. One correction...I believe Ricardo Miller moved back to WR.

Thanks! Saw some speculation of that. No confirmation yet.

  • Awesome job. Really looking forward to that Bama game.

One thing, Schofield is RS Junior, I believe.

Thanks! Schofield is a junior, fixed. Heard some chatter about about Miller moving back. No real confirmation.

  • From a comfort standpoint, I think Michigan's offense will be even better than last year. I felt the Wolverines were sort of adjusting on the fly last year, as Borges was trying to get a feel for the players and adjust his traditional system to Denard's talents, and the players were trying to get used to the new system. So from that perspective, that unit should be much more stable this year.

Nothing against Gardner, but from a defense's perspective, I'd be thrilled to see Denard on the sideline as much as possible. I'm not in favor of Michigan taking the ball out of Denard's hands, and it seemed like that took the offense out of rhythm at times last year.

I think the key to Michigan's success on offense this year is up front. Quite frankly, I thought the previous coaching staff did a poor job of recruiting and developing offensive and defensive linemen, and the Wolverines are still playing catchup as a result. The cavalry is obviously on the way with the 2012 and 2013 commits, but will there be enough talent and depth this season?

It's almost worth it to hear Urban and Spielman all butt hurt about it every second of the Sparty game---actually, they were terribly annoying.

Anyway, if they run the deuce formation, I have no problem with that. If they run it the same way as last year or if Denard leaves the field when he's perfectly healthy, we have an issue. I really hope Borges was just scratching the surface with that formation. There seems like 200 possible plays out of it and we ran maybe 5, one of which we ran repeatedly.

I've heard all that specualtion too, but haven't seen confirmation either. It would really surprise me, as Miller has supposedly gotten up to 235, we have no good tight end options, Miller still wouldn't be likely to see the field as a receiver.

Yeah I agree, he is one of those tweeners where your not exactly sure what position fits him best. Michigan is definitely looking to add size at the WR position but he might be too big still.

Hey Clint, do you think Fitzgerald Toussaint will be suspended for the opener or will he play?

I could see him playing, because it's his first offense and from all accounts, he's a high character guy but I'm leaning to him not playing.

Thanks bud. I am a huge bama fan and part of me wants him playing and the other part wants him out so we can, hopefully, stuff there run.

Either way, gonna be a great game! Can't wait to lock horns with the Big 10! Its been a while since we saw the maze and blue!

Damn that Tom Brady! 35-34! Fuck!

It's tough to say because Brady Hoke has been known give out harsh punishments but he could get acquitted of the charge so we'll have to see how it plays out here soon.
