Hard to say right now. We obviously got an early lead shortly after his visit, but he had glowing things to say about Wisconsin. And ND has done a great job of closing.
He's supposedly going to visit for our B/W game...if he does, then I'll be confident in our chances. If not...I don't think he'll come to PSU, honestly.

Malik Zaire hit him up on twitter and started chatting about him becoming a Domer. Butler told Zaire to take this conversation private because folks are watching. His comments before the visit remind me of Jarron Jones last year when talking about his HS and how much alike ND is. Are lack of CB's has to intrigue a CB prospect, IMO. What does your depth chart look like at CB position? Michigan fans how do you feel with this kid? Manti Teo seems to be a hell of a recruiter. As bad as your depth chart might be, I don't think any program in the nation (DII schools included) have a worse depth chart than us.
We started with 3 scholarship CB's this year. Coaches moved a WR over (he's a JR or SR), and another upperclassman was in trouble academically, but for now is still on the team - that makes 5. Of the other 3, one is a JR and one is a SR - and the JR isn't very good. We also have 1 or 2 three star CB's coming in as freshman. Got a few bodies, but nobody who is really all that talented.
Finally, the 3rd remaining guy (a sophomore) is someone who would thrive at safety, but we don't have the bodies at CB, so we need to keep him there for now. And considering how bad our safety depth chart is (2 guys on scholarship), that's saying something.

Steve, how would you compare his potential to Cameron Walker? Seems to me Butler has the edge on height and athleticism, while Walker has more polish and brings ferociousness.
