    How many National Championships did Woody when Bo became Head Coach of Michigan football?

    Zero.

    And I shouldn't have have to tell you that Bo coached an inferior Michigan team to an upset win over Woody's best team.

    How many of those 11 came after World War II? One and it was shared. And you haven't sniffed a conference championship since 2004. No one gives a crap what you did when your grand daddy was in high school.

    Son, we just schooled you on arbitrary timelines, and you bring it up again? What's that famous saying - "Those who forget the past are doomed to repeat it?"

    We're you alive to watch it? Didn't think so. You read about it in a sports almanac. I personally watched Beanie Wells stiff arm your defenders into a different time zone. Get back to me when you have something that impresses me in the last day 5 years.. Other then getting waxed by a Mac School in two sports, a Div 1A school and Dick Rod. And BTW that 70 all time wins came when there as three school playing football, notre dame, UM and one other school. Congrats you got a head start on the rest of the world that's all.

    I wasn't alive to see WWII either, but I'm pretty sure it happened. I'm funny that way when it comes to history. I don't assume all of it occurred during my lifetime.

    Only thing you proved me was you had some really good teams in the 40's. You started out 20-0 vs OSU in the early 1900's, when football wasnt a major sport at OSU. Since then you have a grand total of 28 wins. So hey go ahead brag about what you did prior to the war.. You needed a Ohio coach in Bo, and Ohio player in Desmond, an Ohio player in Woodson. Take away our state and you are Purdue.
