Brady 6,
First, not that it matters...I am not a dude but a female. My long post is long....however, I think interesting. I did discuss Reese Dismuke's arrest and his colorful recruiting. Maybe give my post a read? I discussed several SEC schools and a prospective from someone who has always lived in SEC country. Have a nice Sunday!

Auburn pays recruits, not a huge shock. I find it hillarious that this is coming from a Bama fan and chimed in on by a USC fan.
Ex-Bama player was recently in the news proclaiming they pay their recruits just not as well as Auburn.
USC claims that no alumni or school member is responsible for all the excessive benefits that have been flying around out there, but their coaches play the players on Saturday. They are not eligible at that point also illegal. I love the coaches had no idea take as well, large piles of chewed grass.
I heard there is some kind of casino scam in the $EC where certain slot machines pay out at certain times for certain people if you get my drift.

Yes, the owner of the casino was a huge AuBarn booster and his been on their board of directors for about 100 years. I think the casino is closed.(Victoryland, I believe was the name) Actually, there was a trial (corruption charges) for several highly visible Barn boosters, involving the casino and a few other questionable dealings. Guess where the casino was located?? Yes, you guessed it...about 20-30 minutes from AuBarn.
I have not claimed that Alabama has never paid players. I am certainly not naive about college football. I do believe that we don't have a problem under this staff's leadership....although I continue to say that no one can control boosters at any school.
My original post was simply asking for information regarding Green. AuBarn feels that he is about to commit to them. One of your posters stated that he was taking officials first. I appreciate the answer.

I really don't have an attitude, except about the Barn....I normally have to stand my ground with more zeal, because some folks simply don't want to discuss football/recruiting with a female. My original post was just concerning Green. I am glad to hear that he is not ready to commit, and I hope Michigan lands him.

I'm surprised you did not notice her avatar. She is very plain with a round almost nondescript face with very rounded off shoulders. The complexion worries me the most very light grey and ashen looking.

lol @ mlpw. Typical obsessed-with-AU bama fan.
And, tip -- if you want female football fans to be respected, don't post so many home-board rumors as fact. It's silly and asinine. But since I doubt this board cares enough to find out the truth anyway, I'll make this my one and only post.
FOR STARTERS on your lol-worthy rumors and outright lies about AU in this thread ...
You said: "the owner of the casino was a huge AuBarn booster and his been on their board of directors for about 100 years. I think the casino is closed.(Victoryland, I believe was the name)"
lol. While I'm sure this is yet another BOL-"fact," please show me where Milton McGregor, the owner of Victoryland, was EVER, for a single day, much less "for about 100 years," on AU's "board of directors." I'll be waiting.
"The recruits visit (the Barn prefers without the parents the first time)"
Laughable. Absolutely hilarious that a school's recruiting strategy would be, "Yes, tell your parents to stay home this first trip. We don't want them here." Still not surprised mlpw believes it.
"'We will take care of your family.' That i$ when the I-phones, ca$h, etc...begin to flow."
Pathetic. Do you have proof that the NCAA is yet to see or is this another "fact" from BOL?
"Reuban Foster's Mom now has a job on Saturdays at the AuBarn stadium. She takes up tickets at the entrance where the Boo$ter$ enter!!!!"
Hahah. Yes, I'm sure this is a fact. smh. How gullible are you?
"Pat Dye is still around and does control much of what goes on over there. (Behind the scenes)"
Oh, of course he does. He is really the head coach and A.D. combined. Even the president of the school leans on Dye for academic policy. :eyeball roll:
"There is a sad phrase used concerning the recruiting at Aubarn: 'Paid, laid and saved.'"
Edited for accuracy: There is a sad phrase used (on BOL by pathetic bama fans) concerning the recruiting at Aubarn
Just hilarious overall. I'll keep it at that and not spend a half-hour piling up the easily-disproved "facts" by this obsessed-with-Auburn bama fan. It's really hard to believe the 2010 National Champions can pull in recruits, I know, but sadly, the NCAA tried for over a year to nail us and couldn't find a shred of evidence of wrong-doing. We're just really, really really really good at hiding it, I'm sure.

Derrick Green Committing??
