I would agree with this if it was just one player that had both attributes, but since only one of them can take the snap, it's not as big of threat. Now if DRob could pass like DGard, then yes, you'd have one HELL of a QB there. But It's a bit different when DRob is in, we defend run, when DGard is in, we look a bit more to cover the pass and blitz the heck out of him. I'm not knocking them, but there's only one ball in the game, so whoever is taking the snap dictated the defense....same as if Braxton goes out, Guiton comes in, now you are defending the short pass more than the QB run, and I'd imagine you'd blitz the hell out of him as well...

The only one of those that can even remotely be considered a signature win is Nebraska. Wisky and PSU are not signature wins this year.
The DR/DG combo has not been together long so its a moot point to try to compare wins.

First off i don't need to answer your question because it has nothing to do with my original post. DG+DR>>>>>>>>>>BM+CH. Your question means nothing for this.
Now to answer your question. Nobody but that doesn't make PSU or Wisky signature wins.

No it doesn't because DR/DG have only played the 2 QB system/DR being moved all around thing 1 game this year.
You can conclude anything you want. I'm still taking DG and DR over those 2 any day of the week.

Why stop there.....Ohio DL > UM OL, or Ohio WR > UM secondary, or Ohio LB > Denard/Rawls/Smith. This thread was primary for the QB position. You have braxton as a dual threat QB, or you have the combination of DG and DR which is a quadruple threat. Quad > Double

I don't know why they act like the DR/DG combo is new....they have both been in every game but one together...DRob was at QB and DGard was at WR....So basically what they are saying is they are a much better team now that their 4 year, "Best in UM history" QB is NOT playing QB anymore.....seems kind of strange that they just can't admit that is what they are saying....

I say DRob/DGard= Not scary...
Would be scary if DRob could throw the ball, that would be tough to defend.

no not really...the offense is more dynamic, and allows DR to go back to QB even....there are many more options, formations, and possibilities with the personnel now, which makes it harder for the defense

DR and Dg have a combined 28 passing and rushing tds. Braxton Miller on his own has 27 tds. And if you add Hydes TDs and combine everyones total yards OSU Duo comes out on top. I think Denard is the better runner for sure with more explosiveness and top end speed but overall I take Braxton second and DG last. Passing I like BM and DG over DR anyday. All 3 have their own skill set so comparing them is pretty difficult. Saturday will be exciting. I heard a rumor denard may be lined up at rb for you guys this week? Any truth to that? I wish both teams no injuries and hope that whatever bowl game you guys go to you represent the big10 well.

Yes, most expect Denard to be at RB, Slot, QB etc....
