Now as slot...per other site
good...bout time. Could be our Ace Sanders
"Those Who Stay...Will be Champions"
I love it. I think he will excel big time in the slot.
I like it but I wish we'd stop switching him around and just start him out in the slot.
Go Blue & Gig Em'!
Took long enough.
Great! As long as they freaking use him correctly. I swear, if the only thing we see him do is run 30 yard downfield routes...well I won't like it. I want to see him work underneath routes, catch bubbles, reverses. Hell, motion him into the backfield and such for a change as well. He's the type of player that an OC needs to create plays/formations for. I hope Borges is up to the task.
cant believe it took this long to get him in the slot...lol i think he will have a big year this year, he has some special talent
I doubt that Norfleet will see very many snaps this season. He'll be firmly behind Dileo on the depth chart, not to mention our TEs (Funchess, Williams).
Can't undo what's already been done, unless you're Marty McFly.
He's there now, and he has plenty of time to adjust to the position.
Yeah, this was the one big puzzling concern I had. We cannot see the big picture, but some things just looked glaringly obvious.
Maybe playing rb and cb will somehow play dividends. Regardless, he is in the right spot now
I think Norfleet could still be a good change-of-pace RB, but nobody tell Al Borges that. I don't ever want Borges to hand it off to a RB who weighs less than 220 pounds when he's trying to pound the ball up the middle.
I think bubble screens will provide the perfect opportunity to use Norfleet as an offensive weapon. It's not like Norfleet would ever be our every-down back, so we might as well work him in at WR or wherever he can get touches.
Yup, could be a great playmaker if Borges can come up with correct plays. Throw him 5 yard passes and let him go to work.
I agree that he still could be good coming out of the backfield. I hope the position change means that the staff are confident in the other RBs.
I think the coaches see value in continuing the shorter, shiftier Dileo/Gallon receiver role.
How tall is he? Weight?
Does anyone else get really pumped when they show Norfleet right before a kickoff and he's got a scowl on his face and he's jammin' to something in his head?

5'7", 170-175. He played last year between 165-170, but it looks like he's added some bulk since then.
