Did you mean Bivin? I thought Lisle was the one Ohio did get.
If Pocic doesn't go to OSU, who do they even have left to get? Outside of Evan Lisle, that class isn't looking like it'll be too strong...and on top of that, I'd take all 5 of our OLs over Lisle.
Maybe they can use their d-line to play o-line?
They are already moving current players on their roster at DL and TE to OL.
Anyone think McGovern would have committed to Michigan if he had a spot.
100%, also think Pocic would have as well
Not only that, I bet we can flip him late if need be for any reason.
Fwiw most Of us think you guys landed a great ol class. We are shocked so many great prospects committed to one school.

The TE will be the starting RT next year. FYI...
Sorry enjoyed the game tonight a little too much. I edited the post.
Reid Fragel, who would not come to Michigan because he didn't want to play OT... Funny how things work ... Also heard Kenny Hayes or Darryl Baldwin would be moving to OL
I'm sure they'll do fine seeing as they're already slated to go 12-0 this season.
I'm with you Star - I think McGovern was pretty turned off that Mich was full at OL. I'm guessing he moved up his timeline to avoid another situation like that. I'm guessing the "turn off" from being full will strengthen his commitment to ND - much like McCray's lack of OSU offer led him to Michigan
Hey, you snooze you loose. McGovern should have gotten in when he was offered.
Mich Alum '92 & '94.
Here's the question though - after our ridiculous weekend that gave us Fox, Bosch, Dawson, and LTT, did McGovern even have a committable offer? I can't see him playing C, and that was really the only remaining hole on the O-line.
Yes. I believe Bosch and Dawson said something about the possibility of playing center so I'm sure the 5th spot would have gone to whoever want to commit first which in our case was Kugler.
Yeah, I agree with Star, lets not pretend like these guys will flip if Michigan wants them to. We laugh at the Domers, Buckeyes and Sparty's when they say that.
This is Michigan, fergodsakes.
