or Michigan, then IMHO the decision is clear. Michigan has the advantage for all student athletes who want a prestigious degree from a school and a program that is completely and totally committed to them and their success.
Years ago when it was BO vs WOODY I would argue that Ohio and Michigan were similar in many ways in their commitment to the student athlete. But that has proven to not be true at Ohio over the last 10 years or more.
Now that Meyer is in charge in Ohio the win at all costs regardless of the rules SEC standards will be attempted to be made the standard in Ohio recruiting. The SEC arrogance will not be allowed to detier the higher standards in the B1G and especially at Michigan.
If so many recruits really just observe the reality of what Michigan offers a student athlete and the extreme commitment the university makes to that individuals success in obtaining their degree. But also in return the student athlete will be held to a standard that is very high and will be demanded that they perform in the classroom and on the field. But the university will expend the efforts necessary to help make the student athlete a successful graduate. I believe they will be surprised at what a special place Michigan really is........

I am surprised I have not been blasted by someone yet. 54 people have viewed this post at the time of this response. I assume many agree with me I suppose!
only blasting you're going to get around here!
What about Athletes with a desire to Go To the NFL? Michigan is Lackluster in that regard
Your not serious right?
Lackluster? What are you on? What have you smoked or drank to make you so delusional?
In the last 5 years who have you sent? can you count them on one hand?
He is serious, but notice how the bucknuts are forced to change the truth and not wish to discuss the facts. NFL rosters?, obviously he cannot or is afraid to read the facts for himself..

well the 2007 michigan class is the highest paid class of any school ever. Including Woodley, David Harris, Leon Hall, Jake Long.So if i was a recruit and wanted to make the big money, I would love to go to Michigan.
Not to mention one of the greatest NFL quarterbacks to ever step foot on a football field went to Michigan... Oh and we went 3-9 and still had a first round pick in 08.
You guys sound like a bunch of women bitching over nothing. You are pumping your chest over previous players. Who really cares who had who. Everyone knows both schools are great programs so quit trying to trick yourself into anything different.
You are correct, but remember some of Ohio's best are criminals, left school and forced out, were paid and committed other crimes. Ohio even turned their back on a RB who went to prison and exposed Tressel for what he is, a cheating lying, backstabber who hung his players out to dry when it suited his interests.
Maybe they don't want to wear those ugly colors and those terrible helmets??

Why even post a comment like this? Smh, what type of response were you looking for?
Go Blue & Gig Em'!
Your right getting the equivalent of a gold star on your helmet is much cooler.
Change what truth? Ohio State has double the first round draft choices Michigan has. Thats fact!! And Over the past 5 seasons they have had very minimul draft choices
We still own the series, what's your point? We also have an equal amount of HoF, so....
You have to be kidding me? What bout Ohio States 2004 class which featured Wiil smith chris Gamble Michael jenkis all first rounders from a group of 14 that were drafted. Or what about the 2006 class that featured 5 first round draft pics . Michigan is lucky to get 5 players selected in the whole draft let alone the first round
My point is if you want to go pro...Go to Ohio State..we produce more NFL talent than Michigan
That's why we have the same amount of HoF's right?
I bet they were all tatted up too.
Clearly, guys like Vernon Gholston are really making a name for themselves in the NFL...
lmao At least Ohio State Players Claim Ohio State...mario Maningham said his high school team during introductions at the super bowl so he would not have to say Michigan
lol at least he made it to the league..What did donovan warren do after starting for Michigan for 3 years?
Donovan Warren was a moron who left early when he shouldn't have, we can go back and forth with prospects that did or didn't amount to anything in the NFL. Both teams produce elite NFL talent and to suggest otherwise would be asinine.
I agree we both do...I am just saying that Ohio State produces more.......Thats a fact!!!
