Example of a the joke tBB can be.
A petition to end rasicsm and homophobia is deleted on that board and across the site.
A petition to ban paying members of a specific team site from posting on tBB is left up.
No, he's the same guy that has called out Michigan fans in a number of threads.
He just jokes. I wish he would use the emoticon, he really needs to. He doesn't think racism is right, either. I've talked to him about that..
Me thinks you have been fooled.
I really don't think so. He even stops be the UM/MSU thread and talks with us sometimes. Doesn't do anything bad..
Except for complaining about being banned for making racist comments and blame all Michigan fans for being bitches about the racism petition.

And he's even told me he think's it's dumb that only Sparty/Wolverine fans are getting called out on something that the majority of tBB agreed with, him included. Like I said, he's just being sarcastic. I don't like it when he plays around and messes with us, believe me. But he agrees with what we're standing up for.

Dude. I'm a smartass. That's just who I am. I apologize if I may come off a bit brash. I've discussed with Rabid that I'm just there to stir the pot. No reason to EVER take anything I post seriously. If it looks like an asshole post then I should probably follow it up with one of these:
BornToBeRed said: WPS, just a head's up. We might be the most family-friendly board on the network, so take it easy on your normal wps-ness.
Fine. I'll say it:
Do I think starting the petition was a bitch move? Absolutely.
Do I think it needed to be done so that 247 does not slowly turn into the Rivals MB? Absolutely.
It needed to be done one way or the other. Sure, there were other ways to go about it; however, y'all made your point and some progress was made because of it. Thank you.

Just out of curiosity, why do you consider it a "bitch move"? What would you have done to address the problem?
Email the mods, owners, whoever is in charge. If no change then call whoever you're supposed to call. Then, maybe as the final option, start a petition thread.
Or you can just ignore the posters.
I think you saw the mod reaction to complaints on tBB. Similarly, e-mails and PMs to 247 admins haven't resulted in any action against either the people causing problems or the mods condoning and supporting such behavior. There wasn't much left to do in private channels, so public channels became the best option.
at email the mods. Do you know what the reaction of the mods would be when that happens? The mod calls out your fanbase for being whiny. It has happened in the past.
My course of action was to cancel my subscription(so yes the racism, etc... cost 247 money) and leave the blue board altogether(I specifically told them i did not need to be able to post there when i cancelled my subscription).
We tried that. They didn't do shit and mocked us.
We are college football
No need to DV me for throwing out ideas. I guess I never noticed how bad it was getting.
Live and let live. Ignore what you don't like and move on...
except 247 has a policy that they are ignoring and their mods ban us for random stupid things like Buttesnake, Mr Woodson and XXmgoxx.
I understand, and by no means condone any of the language being disputed. I just try to ignore it and talk football.
With all due respect I do not think that is possible.
I just pretty much stay away anymore. Most, not all, of the participants are animals. I have a "no comment" for the Mods. Perhaps I have one for Marine if he will ever own it.
That board is going downhill, very quickly. I was talking about it with a couple of posters from tBB last night and they agreed.

Name names Joe!
Seriously, I agree with that sentiment. However, you can still see a good thread once in a while.
