By all accounts, Ole Miss continues to make impression on wide receiver Laquon Treadwell...
"Isn't it amazing what somebody will do when he can't bunt." - Vin Scully
I dont think that he is gone. Just wait until he visits I think Michigan could have something special set up for him!
Why would anyone want to go to Ole Miss? Terrible football, bad academics, and you have to live in Mississippi.
Lol at his top three.
Pretty awful schools all around save Oklahoma in some aspects.
Except Oklahoma's starting QB is going to be Blake Bell who looks like a Colin Klein clone and their offensive schemes left with Kevin Wilson.
Okie State is probably his best bet. But for my own personal amusement I hope he does choose OU and is stuck run blocking for his QB over the next couple years.
He should commit to Texas AM now.

Standifer takes a Spanish class last year and none of this would be an issue and he'd be redshirting
Sure looks like Ole Miss is the favorite.
Spoken like someone that has never been to Oxford. Ole Miss was voted most most beautiful campus in America by Newsweek Magazine. And our football team is on the rise. We'll finish with a top 10 recruiting class this year. Go ahead and say what you want to about finishing 6-6. 4 of our 6 losses came against teams ranked in the top 10 and the other 2 were to Vandy and Texas who both finished 8-4.Our academics are actually pretty good. Great law, accountancy, medical, and journalism schools. Michigan has better acedemics, but since when have athletes picked schools for their academics?
Treadwell is not going to Michigan. It's OU, OSU, or Ole Miss.
Bring on the down votes!!
Fixed for ya
Enjoy losing to Bama and LSU on a yearly basis, top 10 recruiting class this year or not
I don't post in hate. I post to defend my university. I've never been to Ann Arbor, therefore I can't make a judgement about it.
And as far your comment, Alabama is the only team that beats us every year. Texas A&M has me worried for the next few years. (although we had them beat this year)
LSU may have the winning record in our rivalry but check the scores. The last 6 matchup in death valley have been decided by 6 points or less. They rarely blow us out. Should have beat them this year.
We play in the hardest division, in the hardest conference in college football. Our fans are not delusional, we just want to be relevant.
We all know what happened to y'all vs. Alabama this year. I believe we played them much closer.

Lol so your implication is that Ole miss is a better team/program than Michigan because you played close to someone(but still lost)
So was it Jackson state that should be BCS bowl bound bc they beat ole miss who played it closer to Bama?
You guys will ALWAYS be on par with Miss St. every 3-4 years you will have an above average then the other years back to where you always were.
Once again not degrading Michigan. And I was not making implications, just noting facts. @Michmania your comment is on the money, except for the MSU reference. Miss St is at the peak of their program. We hold a dominating 20 game advantage in the rivalry. Like you said every few years we're good. We're trying to change that mentality.
I've actually always kind of liked Michigan since I was a kid. Not a fan but if they're on tv I'll pull for them. I remember when A-train was the man back when I was a kid.
I just don't understand why a grown man makes accusations and assumptions about a place he's never been to. I also hate to see people telling recruits where they need to go.Support them, and if they don't commit forget them, but don't go around bad mouthing teenagers just because they like another school. That's ignorant
Don't start on something you know nothing about. You have no idea what happened except for the articles you read from the agenda driven media.
If you're referring to the "riot", as a student on campus I can tell you it was nothing of the sort. About 15-20 drunk freshman were burning a sign and yelled some racial slurs. And then about 200 people (black and white) watched the idiots. 200/18000 students is 1% of the university involved.
I bet you didn't here about the peace rally the university held the next night in response to the actions. Almost 1500 students showed up.
Our student body president is black, our homecoming queen was black, African Americans make up 17% of our schools student body. Which is in the 90th percentile in the nation (excluding traditional black colleges). Last time I checked Michigan is right over 6% minority. We can't help our past, we can only move foward.
You brought up race, I'm here to talk football.
It's ok....everybody uses racial slurs, they just dont admit it.
Ole Miss has a beautiful campus, and the women are awesome.
Their football program on the other hand...well...

Oxford is an amazing place.
Not trying to pick a fight at all, just wondering why you guys feel your program is in such a better spot than ours currently? We have a better than 50% shot at landing 3 of the top 17 recruits in the country.
That being said, the only people who would talk bad about Oxford, have clearly never been here.
What do you guys think MI record would be in the SEC West?
