None to Michigan. This will go to December.
Not sure why so many confident on this one. I think the longer this plays out, the more others catch up. Whatever .... it is only July.

This is honestly probably good news. He's been to michigan and knows it well. If Michigan is far in the lead then he doesn't need an official.
How is this good news?
There's 1 scholarship left at WR, and it'll probably be gone before he makes all his visits.

to who Bailey? I seriously doubt he comes here plus Treadwell is coming for the BBQ anyways why does he need to visit again?

Stealing Sparty's recruits and owning them on the field since 1898
After the Bailey article today, it seems he is not a strong lock. I suspect the last WR spot plays out till late in the year. It is the McQuay situation that interests me. But ... some say he is off to Vandy.
I could see the last 2 spots going to players we are not even talking about right now. If this drags out till fall/winter, it opens the door for other players, i.e. Muhammad.
Who are the four?
Auburn, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, and USC.
USC and Auburn make me nervous for obvious reasons. He needs to have an official to Michigan, otherwise the others will pass us by.
Yeah I agree with you that doesn't sound good. If he goes to Auburn at this point might say something more about him, with all of the serious problems that program is having right now. OU is the one that scares me the most. I think Ok St. has four receivers, and USC has reported being done with receivers. Idk it's still early.
I find it weird that you only post when there is bad recruiting news, but you are never around when Michigan lands a commit. Why is this?
Whom are you directing that vagueness at?
I'm not worried about him not coming for an official visit since he's coming for the BBQ.
Fwiw SC might not be done at WR
Damn. I guess I must be a troll.
...nah. I'm just a negative person.
And they've been in constant contact with Treadwell. They want him.
An official visit is way more thorough than the BBQ. On top of that, there would be MONTHS of separation between the BBQ and his last official visit. We would fade.
If you read the article it says probably taking officials to those 4 schools. This isn't definite and I could easily see this not happening.
Oh well if we miss out on Treadwell it's not the end of the world. I would really like LT in this class don't get me wrong. I think our offensive line and quarterback are good enough to make due. Recent 7v7 I believe Shane's team made it to the final undermanned. We are also in on some big time receivers in 2014.
I don't think Hoke has ever had this much talent influx at any of his other programs and he did alright.

I would actually be surprised if he takes four officials, but if he does, we'll probably be full by then. Too bad for us because we won't have room for him. But we'll probably fill those with good players, so I'm not complaining.
Auburn is a recent development and I'm not sure I understand the attraction there for LT. It reminds me a little of his brief interest in Ohio that spooked some on this board but evaporated quickly. OU and Okie State have been on his list from the beginning, so in that sense they seem legit. Still, while he has been to AA repeatedly (3-4 times already with another visit scheduled at the end of this month for the BBQ), he has yet to make a single visit to either of the Oklahoma schools. He had a visit planned at one point, but cancelled. Why not head down to Oklahoma later this month instead of back to AA? Also, OU has commitments from three WRs already and Okie State has commitments from two. USC is the one school where waiting to take an official probably makes the most sense (i.e. travel cost), but they already have three WRs committed and you would think he would want to get out there quickly before it's too late if it's truly one of his preferred options. Something tells me Ty Isaac is encouraging him to visit and he has decided to do so if the free trip offer still exists in the fall. It will be a concern if he goes through with the visit, but is USC really going to take four WRs in one class while under scholly reductions? So far they have no OL, no TE and one LB in this class. They also have only one S and one CB. They seem to have far more pressing needs than a 4th WR.
