The evaluation period for football recruiting starts tomorrow and runs until May 31st. The official meaning of an evaluation period according to the NCAA is...
"During an evaluation period a college coach may watch college-bound student-athletes compete, visit their high schools, and write or telephone student-athletes or their parents. However, a college coach may not have face-to-face contact with college-bound student-athletes or their parents off the college’s campus during an evaluation period." With this, it wouldn't be a surprise to see more offers go out to 2014 and 2015 prospects especially in the states that allow for spring football practices. This will also be helpful in gauging which prospects Michigan has the most interest in depending on where the coaches visit.

Do we have any early reports on where the coaches might be headed?
