Not worried about recruiting and whose class end up higher. Compare the classes on the field "star wise " we shouldn't of had a chance in a few years with similar ranked classes, my teams fine. And actually if you watched how bad the interior of the oline was, I'm glad they recruit so many, Michigan needs them.

I dream of a day when chickens can cross the road without having their motives questioned.
Ok.. 4 years then it is
Nah next year, you guys lose a ton next year, and the games at home. Devin will get the win.
Michigan lost by 5 on the road and didn't cross the 50 in the 2nd half, I'm not worried about next year.
... That makes two of us ...
Great game on both sides and I'm glad there were no major injuries. I have to say, I'm extremely surprised you guys didn't involve the TE-Funches (sp*?) in the game plan. That kid is by far your biggest threat imo out side of DRob. I was glad to get the win and remain undefeated but as a perfectionist, I had hoped for a better showing on our part. Way too many missed tackles and Braxton needs to learn how to make a choice and get up field. Other than that, I won't complain too much because we did win. Good luck with your bowl game and I can't wait to see the game again next year... Go Bucks!!!

Great physical game. Lets do it again next year. 2 great teams. UM D played well. See you in the Big House.
I agree that it could have helped to get Funchess involved more, as he's a major matchup problem for the defense. The only thing I can think of is that he's typically a primary red zone target, and Michigan really didn't have that many series in the red zone.
As a Michigan fan I am disapointed with the season and having four losses. i am also disapointed with the offensive play calling in the second half of today's game. The only thing that I can find hopefull about it is that of our four losses we lost to #1, #2 and #4 in the nation in the AP poll and we should/could have won two of them.
Welcome to Wolverine247! We're glad you're here - make yourself at home.
I agree with you about all the close calls this year. The overall talent of the roster should only get better moving forward, so as long as everyone buys in, the program should be headed in the right direction.
Thank you for the welcome, I have been stalking and reading what everyone has been saying and thinking the past year or so but I have been shy about actually posting something (probably since I am older and all this new technology kind of intimidates me. I do think that the future is bright with all the prospects that are coming in and the defense that is quickly shaping up. The only thing that I see us lacking right now are the playmakers on offense though I do believe that they will come (hopefully sooner rather than later). The only position on defense that I would like to see us get would be a real stud defensive end or two, because they can really make a big difference with containment and the pass rush.
Glad you decided to jump in as a poster as well! I completely agree with you that Michigan could really use a dominant pass rusher or two off the edge. It also wouldn't hurt to add a play-making safety to make the defense that much more dangerous.
Your one example was Saban though - lol. What about all the coaches Urban beat one time and then did it 5 more times in a row?
You miss the point, he's just saying that it isn't a foregone conclusion that Urban will dominate Hoke. He's just saying that it is completely plausible to say that Hoke will go on a run starting next year, but he also might not.
This is Michigan, fergodsakes.
Hey reading comprehension, what a concept. Thanks.
