When healthy...Rajon Rondo
"Those Who Stay...Will be Champions"
Keep tellin yourself that.
I don't see any other PG's putting up double double's on a reg. and even triple doubles occasionally. Only knock you have on him is that he's not always a great shooter. As far as defense, rebounding, passing, scoring, and importance to his team combined...Rajon Rondo is the best. It's easy to see. Sure there are other great PG's in the league: Chris Paul, Nash, Parker, Deron Williams, Irving, John Wall, etc., but they don't have all the tools Rondo does. If its not obvious to you then you don't watch enough NBA basketball. Personally, I hate the Celtics...but that doesn't blind me from the fact that Rondo is the best pure PG in the game.
That fact that you mentioned John Wall as a great PG, you lost all credibility,
And have season tickets to an NBA team so I watch a lot of basketball.
Also, let me add you call Rondo such a great defender that Irving got 40 on him earlier this year.

He needs to do it a little longer, but I think that he is only 20. I cannot wait to see how much better he can get.
The Cavs are the most exciting crappy team ive ever seen. And ive seen my fair share of them in Cleveland. I just cant wait to see him play with LBJ after next season. They're gonna be beasts
Kyrie making a fool out of Bradon Knight...
* * * N E O . R E T R O * * *
Kyrie is making my earlier posts in this thread look dumb.
What a stud.
Beat me too it Frank.
My money is on him to win MVP on Sunday. He will get a lot of minutes to shine because his team is trash right now
Yes. Love the avatar.
Not exactly....Look at Knights right foot when he lunges to contest the shot, he slips. Its not like Kyrie juked and he rolled an ankle and couldnt recover, but looks like their was a slick spot on the court....but sick ball skills nonetheless
I agree. I have some $$$$ on him getting MVP as well. The eastern All Star veterans love him and will be giving the 20 year old MANY opportunities to shine imo
He slipped because he was so out of position with Irving's crossover he couldn't recover.
Scored 20 points in the fourth quarter tonight and was the star of the All-Star weekend.
He finished with 35 points (13-22 shooting from the floor / 7-7 from the FT line), 7 assists, and 5 rebounds.
Not bad at all for a 20 year old All-Star.
In five years from now, he won't even be 26!
Who is Rondo again?
Rondo is out for the season and can't even defend my point. But yessss...Kyrie Irving is making me look like an a**hole right now.
Right now. For 1 season, I'd take Chris Paul, Tony Parker, and a healthy Derrick Rose over Irving.
But if you're looking at 3, 4, or 5 yeas down the road. I think you'd have to take Irving He's really impressed me this year.
