Ya LTT is not seeing the field next year. I think maybe Kugler could see some action, but that's about it.
"Those Who Stay...Will be Champions"
Bosch is enrolling early. As bad as we were in the middle of our line last year he is another possibility. Hopefully none of the freshman are needed.
Psh except mine was much faster
Bosch is a very likely possibility IMO.
Assuming Lewan is gone, it all depends on the RS FR. I think two spots are almost guaranteed - Kalis at G and Miller at C. If Braden and Mags both progress enough in the offseason, they could both contribute at tackle and allow Schofield to go back to his natural position inside.
But more likely is that only one of Mags/Braden is game ready. That means that Schofield has to play tackle, maybe LT. Then the other guard spot is up for grabs opposite Kalis. Burzynski and Bryant are probably the frontrunners, but with Bosch enrolling early he's another possibility there.
I agree with your assessment here. Do we know what position on the line Bars is likely to play? I think i have heard all 3 spots speculated about with Bars.
Pretty sure I've heard that he's been practicing at center. He seems like one of those guys who can make a decent contribution at any OL position but won't be a difference maker at any.
I thought we were going to be in great shape with schofield at lt. But after this year, gotta hope its a young guy.
Bryant should be ready to open some holes imo
Just want a smart guy at center who can call out protections and get the ball to the QB. Not too much to ask
If by faster you mean gayer.....then you are correct.
I really hope he is practicing at center. Would love to have someone in camp to at least compete with Miller.
Yeah, my ideal line would be
Magnuson - Kalis - Miller - Schofield - Braden
But that's assuming that Mags and Braden are college ready.
Exactly. Kugler won't be here until fall so we'll need someone to at least push him.
I could see Burzynski practicing there as well.
Do you guys think Countess will be back to his old self next year? Those injuries are hard to come back from 100%, but we'll really need him to contribute across from Taylor.
