Hmmm .... How is it that the MSU board has 25 pages devoted to the Michigan game?

Please tell me someone else saw Derrick Nix airball a skyhook.
This is what I am wondering. What do I need to be concerned about because they didn't execute to perfection.
He's a fat
that thread (along with all the other bball threads over there) is just hilarious. It goes...
Pregame: scUM sucks, VCU gonna roll! Shove it down their throats!
Beginning of the game: no way scUM can keep this up all game, VCU setting up for the comeback, wait til the second half
Mid-first half: god these fucking refs are just blowing scUM can't believe how biased they are!
Mid-first half: McGrumps sucks and gets away with everything why are the announcers blowing him so much?
End first half: Fucking refs trying to give Michigan the game
Beginning second half: Aha, see, VCU's setting up for the run!
The rest of the game: VCU sucks and the refs suck and everyone in scUM's bracket sucks, this shit is rigged! scUM and O$U get everything
Who apparently had to be restrained from going after one of his teammates in the huddle, damn.
You forgot "Jim Delany hates MSU he must be rigging the refs."
Yeah he was going after Appling.
Also, Jesus, two straight blown calls taking points off the board for Memphis. Refs didn't call goaltending and then said Payne got all ball on that block despite the replay showing he hit arm all the way.
Haven't posted much and not in the best mental state but this was an awesome game. Everyone played well except Stauskus, but that's just being picky. If he knocks down some of his open 3s we win by 40. Excited to see how this team plays moving forward.
havent been over there but was imagining it went something like that...nice summary!!
Interesting note from ESPN's recap
The 71-point swing by VCU -- from a 46-point win to a 25-point loss -- was the largest in NCAA tournament history. In 1968, Houston beat Texas Christian 103-68 to reach the Final Four, then lost to UCLA 101-69 for a 67-point swing.
There is also a thread linking to a VCU board where they assured VCU fans of their support at the game.
Wow, went over to RCMB to hop thru that thread. The sparty paranoia about officiating is at scary dangerous levels. 50% of the posts were about Michigan/McGary getting all the calls. Did i watch the same game? What a joke.
Very, very pleased. I watched most of the game and honestly being my usual pessimistic self I was *too* nervous during the 1st half. Who would have thought we'd have our most convincing win in months in this one? Really glad to see McGary come through with a big game. Let's hope many more are to come in his Michigan career.
I did have us win this in my bracket, so I can't be accused of being completely faithless. ;)
RCMB is great to show the kids why you want to study and get into UM. MSU .... Well ... Their 25-page board about OUR game is food for thought.
congrats guys. your team repped the conference well today
I was hoping someone said this.
Our coaches will be around for a while.
(I refuse to even go over there to verify)
NFW. Winners those Spartans.
