These posters rely on their years of basketball insight and not just their jealousy of the attention given nationally to the University of Michigan.....
Already banged up...
Asked how limiting it is in practice, Beilein conceded it has affected McGary.
We hope to have this not necessar
He looks like Gauna but shittier. Hes gonna be a bust.
Lmao good stuff man. I don't get the obsession over his age. Miami's entire team is 23 and 24 years old. Mitch is 20. Old for a freshman but it happens every year. But it's great to see Mitch proving all of the doubters wrong, not just the Sparty idiots. Granted he should have never been the #2 overall recruit but this kids a stud.
Sparty basketball knowledge has no rival.
I really hate stupid people. Making fun of a kid because of a learning disability. I guess I shouldn't expect anything different.
+1! That was perfect !

My favorite basketball evaluator is "Johny2x2x" who had many, many posts about McGary, such as:
"Not really, he got ranked high as a 19 year old playing against 16-17 year olds, as soon as his last year in high school started his stock fell because he wasn't even a starter on his team and he got abused by any decent bug he played against. I think scouts didn't realize how old he was. So then they dropped him to 35 or so, which obviously was still wag way too high.
The kid will be 21 after the season, he's not going to get more coordinated or more athletic, he's a tomato can and will a struggle to score at all in B1G play. scUM fans should be happy with GRIII, Jesus McGary? When I saw film if him I knew he sucked and was a total non athlete, he'll never be a good college player."

For the record, Mitch McGary is 1 year older than Matt Costello.
Sparty knowledge, baby.
EDIT: Hell, I didn't even read the rest of your quote until after posting. Jesus, could that dumbass have been any more wrong about McGary? I mean jebus, my wife knows more about McGary's game than that dude.

The excuses about competition crack me up. Even if Michigan was playing DII schools, their big men were never this productive until McGary started playing like he has in the tournament.
They are truly one of a kind.
To be honest, lets see how McGary does on Friday
Of course. He is in the midst of breaking out. He is not a bonafide "super star" yet, but, the comments about him being unable to score in the Big Ten, being non-athletic, barely being able to dunk and not nearly as good as Matt Costello are idiotic and laughable.
Michigan does not rely on McGary. If he plays well, it clearly makes us better. But that is the difference. I expect him to have a more reserved game on Friday, but doesn't mean he can't have a significant impact.
He's going to battle in the paint, but McGary's not going to out-rebound Withey. He'll hustle and make Withey work, but I don't expect Mitch to have a double-double.
That said, we still have Burke, Hardaway, and Robinson who have done things in the first two games of the tourney. And if Stauskas can find his shot, look out.
Who is Matt Costello? That gumpy white guy that barely plays for MSU?
But, But, He's only 19 1/2 years old
Whatever that means
He was Mr Basketball, so he's got that going for him.
It will be worse with Drake Harris when he commits to the good guys
So was Dion Harris
I feel bad for the dude regardless of where he goes. Those MSU guys actually hate him personally just because he didn't want to play on their offense.
