URBZ DOIN' WORK . This is normal behavior after urbz rufi's a high school kid's mind. They eventually wake up. Or what would be better....this was Marshall's plan all along.

Not at all by us reasonable Buckeye fans. I actually respect the kid for de-committing so early if he was not 100% sold. The de-commits I can't stand are the ones that happen on NSD that leave teams high and dry. A good example was last year. We had Alex Anzalone and Lewis Neal as LB commits, but both de-committed and we ended up with Mike Mitchell and Trey Johnson, which every recruiting site says is an upgrade. That's the power and drawl universities like OSU and Michigan have. I pretty much take every commitment out of state with a grain a of salt at this point. Love Marshall's game and hope he becomes a Buckeye, but if he doesn't I will still respect him because he has given OSU PLENTY of time to find a quality replacement.

Where's the "bucknut" who two days ago was preaching the choir to us saying Marshall and Webb were heavily recruiting Harris and McDowell to Ohio?
Zactly.... "seems the tables have turned again...Mr. Powers"
Exactly what I was thinking. I remember a mini meltdown on here with a few people trying to find a silver lining by suggesting it wasn't the end of the world, which was true.
O.K., but the lesson here: DO NOT FREAK OUT!!!
Me too, because I admit I was pissed about him committing without really taking a UM visit.
Kids are kids.
I just got to the office and that's literally exactly what I did when I saw this post. Took a sip of coffee, went "meh" and moved on.
This has nothing to do with either school. This is a story about a youngster who got caught up in the moment and was over emotional. After thinking about it for a few days realized that he had made a mistake to commit. I don't blame him. I think its embarassing for him. But ultimately he has to make a decision that makes him happy. In fact, any adult that trashes a young man for doing what is right for him, is wrong on every level.
This is the be all end all argument against those who want an early signing period in football recruiting.

Is this about Marshall or Denzel Ward?
I've found that when an truly crazy thought strikes me that an overdose of Scotch helps clear my mind and puts me back on the track to reality.
Actually, the thread I read over there has OSU fans being quite sensible about it. I know there are radicals on my board, but so far so calm.
Trolls don't wake up til after 11
Then you must've set your alarm.
Just kidding..I couldn't pass it up.
Go away .... OSU logic is at a 3rd grade educational level.

You know. Like a hair dyer.
It didn't help everyone was still pissed off from the Wisconsin OT game. I saw the Marshall commitment and shut down chrome...
No, i cant read. Spin it however you want but "No big loss, plenty better out there, he's not even ranked etc" posts are in the same ballpark as not wanting imo.
The kid said everybody, family and coaches, were surprised when he committed. Kind of obvious it wasnt too well thought out. It happens. As long as they dont bail last second im fine with stuff like this. Good luck to him
If that's the case, then the entirety of Bucknuts is guilty of saying they didn't want Marshall.
I can't count how many times I've heard "Doesn't matter, Urbz gets elite recruits" in the last 24 hours.
Well that's just cuz you can't count very high
1...2...3......6? Wait, crap, that's not right.
