That's gotta be the gheyest emoticon I've seen. What's with the dude's face?
Great. Now, can you guys finally stop with all the butthurt when people call you Ohio?
He looks like he's just been forced to give someone oral.
He looks to me like he's had a stroke and one side of his face is frozen in a dumb grin.
Is he supposed to be drunk?
Looks like a nut bag puttin on headsets.
He must be listening to either Urbans mind control or Bill's.
Really looks like he's spelling O-H-A-O
Knew you would love it..
The ire and disdain tell me how sweet it is..come on fellas. Embrace it...
Dust off your game man....[highfive]
You're mistaking ire/disdain for ridicule.
In other words, I'm not laughing with you....I'm laughing at you.
It'll grow on you...
Hey. You might be right.
Wow, after a 13 hour work day, I am of course late to the entire party. You my friend down to 9 total dv's. Nice going. Now to some coffee...
Dude, let it go. Hurd is like D. Green, ohio withdrew their scholarship offer. WE ALL KNOW THAT.
Go troll elsewhere. You not welcomed here "bro".
This^^^^. Those Buckeye fans sure are stupid for being confident about the kid after all he said in the past. Good thing already committed 15 year old Parris Campbell is ranked higher right?
Except for that nobody respects the rankings on Scout.
It's really amazing how stupid Urban is he goes out of state for players he could get in Ohio just because he can say he recruits national. He did the same thing when he was at UF left the state way to much and let a lot of talent leave the state which pissed off a lot of UF fans. Jim Tressel understood this really well he knew that if he took the best 15-20 players in state every year you would not only help your team but hurt others in the BIG as well thus making things much easier for you and harder on teams like Michigan which happened under Loyd Carr we got shut out of Ohio for the most part and it sucked because it hurt us. We need to recruit Ohio hard every year and thanks to Urban he is making life easier for us there.
I mean, let's wait until this strategy actually backfires before we label Urban "stupid." His first two years at OSU, he's landed the #7 and the #2 rated classes by 247 Composite. At Florida, his classes rated #15, #2, #1, #3, #11, and #2, according to Rivals. I agree that there's danger in allowing other schools to come into Ohio, and maybe he got lucky by closing well on NSD last cycle, but for the moment his strategy is working...it's not like he's out there chasing no-chancers, a lot of these Southern kids are very interested in coming to play for him.
Two things that should also be noted:
-Tressel's teams, for all their B1G dominance, got very lucky to win their one championship and got absolutely killed in the other two NCGs he reached...imo, winning the B1G is relatively meaningless if you can't compete at the highest level, and you can't compete at the highest level if you're focusing exclusively or even primarily on Ohio. It's a talented state, but not [i[that[/i] talented.
-Even though Urban is obviously less focused on Ohio than Tressel was, Ohio State remains very attractive for Ohio prospects. We've made a lot of the fact that Berger is like 6th on Ohio's LB board and at or near the top of ours, but still Berger has us neck-and-neck with OSU.
