I'm not VIP, but can see why someone would.
Why watch a live sporting event over a tape-delay?...because it's 100 times more fun to watch things in real time as they unfold.
Not a perfect analogy, but if recruiting is what you enjoy, I can totally see why someone would pay a nominal fee to see the process as it happens.
I suppose. I mean, if you're (I don't mean "you" literally, just in general) really that interested in the life of high school kids, then fine. I care about recruiting, but not to the extent to where I need to pay for information only to receive it a week before others (or however much sooner it is). In the end, all that matters is the final players in the recruiting, which is something that I can find out for free.

I do work weekends, which sucks when Michigan plays because it makes me bi polar
That sucks. I do also on occasion, but I make it clear that Michigan games are not to be effected.
903 wins, 11 MNC/42 Big Ten titles, 3 Heisman's, Largest Stadium, Winged Helmets, The Game, Touch the Banner, The Victors @gfraley05
God, I am tired of Awink constantly talking about how he doesn't have VIP. We get it. Now please stfu and stop polluting the board with your bullshit
I suggest you start by fornicating to get your life together

To be fair, recruiting may be far down on your list, but there are only 12-14 college football games and one spring game a year for Michigan (that hasn't even been a real game in years). That means (at maximum) you get Michigan football less than 4% of the year. Even if you count it as "game weeks" you get Michigan football about 27% of the year. So depending how you count it, there's nothing but recruiting and offseason stories/notes for about 3/4 (or more) of the year. Just my opinion, but it's not too crazy to be into recruiting when you have that little football every year.
