"Those Who Stay...Will be Champions"
^ Not only that, people are commenting on the similar trends between his time in Florida and now. Although it's still early, it's looking...interesting.
I don't think anyone said that players haven't run afoul of the law at Michigan over the years.
For that Buckeye's "glass house" post to be valid, he'd have to show the same thing happening during Hoke's time at SDSU. Alas..
SDSU was a solid team last year (9-4 including a road win over Boise State) and has nine starters on D and seven starters on O returning. OSU lost six of their starting front seven on D and will probably be without Roby too. And they clearly will be without Hyde. Throw in the likelihood that OSU probably will underestimate SDSU and be looking past them to @Cal the following week and it sets up as a perfect storm. Also, don't be surprised if the UM staff gives some "scouting assistance" to their buddies back at SDSU. I know I would if I were Brady Hoke.

And of course.
Typical Bucknut, says something dumb and then claims they were trolling.
I appreciate the research and the fervor with which you dislike OSU, but, come on. Ohio is not losing to SDSU. Of course it 'could' happen, but realistically, no it's not. If they do lose, then I wil shower you with admiration and up-votes.
It is not necessary that the charges get dropped. He will go a very long way towards getting back on the team by pleading to a lesser charge.
I don't know about you guys, but I don't live in a glass house. Seems awfully dangerous and unpractical.
Start from bottom to top...
"Dustin Dopirak @ DustinDopirak3m
He was then taken down by security officers, who detained him until police arrived.
Dustin Dopirak @ DustinDopirak 4m
He allegedly tried to get back in to find his friends and was stopped by security officers. He allegedly struck one of them in the chest.
Dustin Dopirak @ DustinDopirak 5m
According to the report, Roby tried to start a fight with another patron at Kilroy's Dunnkirk and was kicked out of the bar.
Dustin Dopirak @ DustinDopirak 5m
Just got a release from Bloomington Police on Roby's arrest.."

Besides, nobody wants to see what you do in the privacy of your own home.
just watch 13 ghosts...ish be scary
Major upsets happen all the time on cfb, especially early in the season. Stay tuned.
Sounds like a 1-2 game suspension. Good to know that Roby started the fight though. What is it with OSU players getting a reprieve from one dumb action and then immediately going back in to commit another? Marcus Baugh just got busted for the same thing.
It's easy to look at arrests and claim that it's the same, but in NONE of the Michigan "cases" do you see a player beating the crap out of another person. That is strictly Buckeye and Sparty domain.
Roby should be gone as well....
I think this is a little different. Storm's was his girlfriend. Hyde's is a random chick. Storm's girl and family wanted the charges dropped. Hyde - we don't know. I don't think is was clear if Storm punched her in the face or what happened (don't remember). Hyde - again, we don't actually know for sure.
Will she drop the charges? Maybe. I think her being a fan of the team (presumably) and living in Columbus (presumably) would be much more of a factor than her dad being a cop. I think if she does drop them, that puts Meyer in a tough spot.
There will be a lot of witnesses given Hyde's was at a bar. Sounds pretty damning but who knows? I was holding back the bachelor at his bachelor party after some dude popped him in the face, he tried to get loose from us and in the process hit a girl in the face. Bouncer saw just that last part and he got taken away (got off obviously).
Hey, I'm proud of who I am, man.
Do you guys get tired of having to say the same stupid over and over again, year in and year out. Everybody does it, blah, blah, blah. Pathetic.

"Not everybody's the perfect person in the world. I mean everyone kills people, murders people, steals from you, steals from me, whatever. I think that people need a second chance, and I've always looked up to Mike Vick, and I always will."
I'll be shocked if Roby gets anything more than a 2 game suspension, he'll definitely be back before the conference games start. And with Urbz track record, I'll be surprised if Hyde isn't reinstated. With Urbz, kicking someone off the team is akin to a suspension at another school.
lol...very funny. Well played sir.
Naw. Assult is fine if you just hit a dude in the chest. No biggie. Boys will be boys. The bouncer was probably bigger too. So really he's the one that should get in trouble for causing harm to poor ol' Roby's hand. I can't believe the kind of bouncers they employ in Bloomington; just letting them injure patrons.
This is what I was arguing on tBB. Has Michigan had criminals? Sure - but no case in Brady Hoke's tenure ever involved a violent crime. Meyer just got two in one weekend, and this is coming on the heels of the Pittman rape.
I know! And those jerk bouncers even peacefully removed Roby from the bar first and gave him the chance to go home! Who do they think they are?
