Desmond Howard is among the parties being sued for a picture of Desmond Howard:
DETROIT — It was the end-zone catch of a lifetime. But 22 years later, the man in the picture, legendary University of Michigan wide receiver Desmond Howard, has landed in court over his'Heisman Trophy pose.'
First sentence.. "It was the end-zone catch of a lifetime."
Does the writer not know the Heisman pose was done after he returned a punt?
Edit - Or does he mean it was the catch of a lifetime meaning the picture?

Nevermind. He meant the picture. I'm stupid.
People will sue for anything these days. The dude is prolly broke and someone said that he should get money for it, etc.
Our society is so damn lazy and people try to get away with anything!! Makes me sick!
Howard's signature moment may have been the 4th and 1 against ND, not the Heisman pose.
He doesn't have a great case because he waited forever to get a copyright, but I don't see how this guy is lazy?
He has no case.
