. That's funny sparty- btw seen that video over on bucknutters months ago!
I don't really understand the point of these threads.
Meh. Hoke isn't the most eloquent speaker out there but yet he has no problem creating great relationships with his players, recruits and their families.
It's suppose to upset us Michigan fans that they are making fun of Hoke.
Has no problem taking all of Dantonio's recruits away talking like that
This. Nice montage, didn't keep him from putting together back to back elire classes, or Michigan to an 11-2 season and BCS Bowl win.
How's recruiting going?
Stealing Sparty's recruits and owning them on the field since 1898
Pretty damn good. Just sent 6 guys to the NFL draft. How are you guys doing?
Pretty good. Number 1 class right now on a couple sites. Where are you guys ranked?
What does that have to do with recruiting? Those NFL players aren't coming back to help MSU.
Behind you guys, just like we were when Dick Rod was your coach. How did that work out for you?
I prefer to judge recruits after their careers are over. Crazy concept, I know.
Umm, producing NFL talent means you did well in recruiting.
We are college football
The difference is with RR you actually got OL and DL players. Now even the 2 * players you are in on see the writing on the wall and are going elsewhere.
Not really, VT has never been that great at recruiting, but send players to the NFL. Same with Iowa. Sending players to the NFL =/= recruiting well.
Rich Rod's classes were rated so high because he took in so many tiny 4* skill position guys, but neglected the trenches and LB core. Hoke's classes are much more diverse and cover all the needs in the classes.
So VT is good at bringing in talent but they are not good at recruiting? That makes no sense.
Enjoy your ban OP.
Go Blue & Gig Em'!
It means VT brings in a couple of talented kids a year but overall their classes aren't that strong.
Hoke is a good recruiter and a good coach. But there is more than one path to success. Wisconsin has proven that. MSU is starting to prove that.
