At 2:35 is Wormley and damn he carries that weight well and may be in the minority, but like that matte helmet on Gardner.

On looks alone: Braden, Bosch and Kalis are some big guys... LTT looks great physically... I would not doubt it if he is one of the hardest workers we have on the team... His body transformation is unreal... The DL looks good as well... Taco looks like he belongs on looks alone... Hope he can redshirt and hit the film room a little more... He is going to be a big time player real soon... LBs do look a little light but they seem to be able to run... Dymonte looks ready as well... This is starting to LOOK like a BCS team again after a couple years of guys losing weight like supermodels.
Frank Clark doesn't look 280 at all carries that weight really well.
Good to see no knee brace for Blake as well.
Mattison has that look about him like ... 'Yeah .... I have coached All-Pros in the NFL ...'.

Nice catch at the end by Jehu Chesson

Good God, no kidding. Looking at the video I initially dismissed #43 like "nah, no way that's Wormley (someone weighing 290)"...
Damn this got me pumped up for football
One thing I noticed was it looked like the offense was in the pistol for a few plays towards the end. If so, I guess Borges did look at SF's playbook since they run a lot of pistol stuff.
Love seeing Roy Manning running around with the players. And Mattison getting very involved with the DEs has gotta be impressive to Hand.
Just about to say that. Gosh that makes me happy. Love the pistol for power running.
Agreed. Derrick Green looked good out of the pistol in the Army game, too.
This month is such a tease. 5 and a half months away from real football.
Chris Wormley carries all that weight well because he's taller than his listed height of 6'5". He's actually around 6'7".
I see Malik McDowell as similar - a tall DLineman that will be able to play either SDE or DT.

Tos literally said he is actually 6'5 and looks to be about 270. But who knows
I've seen him around campus and he's not 6'7. He's huge, though. I'd say 6'5 sounds about right.
Beaver just guessing like the rest of us.
From what I've been told, he's at least 6'6" and closer to 6'7".
But regardless of whether he's 6'5" or 6'7", Wormley is versatile and he will be able to play as a DE or a DT.
wasnt that last catch Funchess or is Chesson 19 too?
If you listen closely, it sounds to me like you can hear somebody shout "Jehu"
Plus, that does not look like Funchess' body frame at all.
Hard for me to tell. At 4:37 with his back turned it definitely looks like somebody who is too lean to be Funchess IMO. I'm probably wrong though.
You having a good night?
Jehu is the guy on the right of the video after Devin catches the ball.
