Where the hell is Appling looking?
Fantastic. Look at that smile. He's worked so hard, I'm glad he was the one who saved the game with a memorable play. It will be talked about for years.
I'm probably going to jinx us for Sunday by posting this, but what the hell ...

I like all the MSU players on the bench and Appling just looking like "eh, oh well" and Burke looking like "WEEEEEEEE"
Bball fun fact #3, courtesy ESPN:
"Trey Burke had 21 points, eight rebounds, five steals and four rebounds in Michigan’s win over Michigan State. He’s the first player to do that against a top-10 team since Chris Paul did it for Wake Forest against North Carolina back in 2005."
Trey has had some games that might of been better statistically speaking but in my opinion that was the best game Burke has played at Michigan.
Indiana winning tonight against OSU seals them as the Big Ten champs and makes the rest of the games only matter for tournament seeding. An Indiana loss tonight means tomorrow's Michigan-Purdue game is a huge draw to see if Michigan can stay in contention. Thursday's Wisconsin-MSU game would be a huge "win-or-go-home" game since the winner still has a chance and the loser is out of contention. And then Sunday gives a full slate of nationally relevant games with OSU and Wisconsin both having games at noon to see if they can stay at 5 losses (if Wiscy beats MSU), then the 4:00 "Championship" game (if Michigan can beat Purdue) between Indiana and Michigan to see if it's Indiana or a shared banner, then the 6:00 game with MSU (if they beat Wiscy) going for a possible share of the banner as well.
Sure seems to me like the Big Ten would want those Sunday games to be for a share of the banner, so will we see Indiana not get as many friendly calls tonight at home? I'm not suggesting they'd put in the calls to give it to OSU, but might the Big Ten office say the game should be called evenly, or maybe let the hand-checking and body contact go which would favor Craft and OSU?

Every game should be called evenly. I know that may not be the case but in no way should the Big Ten office be telling the officials to call tonights game in a certain way. The kids from Indiana deserve a fair chance at claiming the Big Ten title tonight.
VCU scares me a little, but I'd take this bracket in a second if I could.
#2 seed playing in Auburn Hills
We'll be a 1 seed after we win the BTT.
Stealing Sparty's recruits and owning them on the field since 1898
Mitch, you actually semi-predicted this would happen.
Tomorrow night's game just got..

Not to troll the Buckeyes, but can you imagine both Trey Burke and Aaron Craft in the same backcourt? And he played for Sullinger's dad. How in the world could they let Burke get away and end up at Michigan instead?
They liked Shannon Scott better.
Let's just beat Purdue first.
Scott had a very good night tonight, but Burke and Craft together would be unstoppable.
The drumbeat continues ...
And it looked like he was going to PSU for a while too - he and Frazier would have been insane. But PSU still wouldn't have been very good
