Called off work today. Now I get to watch the game on my brand new TV
Need to really pick up the pace
Hot damn, Hardaway can attack the rim with bad intentions.
Pretty sloppy play so far on both sides of the court.
This is really early, but I'm hoping for a Michigan-Syracuse championship. I don't think it's out of the question at all.
My reason being: I'm a huge Michigan fan, and my girlfriend grew up right outside Syracuse, so she's a lifelong Cuse fan. This is the first time that we've been dating that two of our teams, in any sport, have the chance to meet with something major on the line.
They will settle down.
Nice to see Levert nail that 3.
Stauskus is becoming a favorite of mine. That boy is money.
I randomly read the Michigan-MSU thread on tBB, and some guy is trying to say that Byrd is a better shooter than Stauskas?
Man now i am going to have to make a trip over to that thread to see what fool said that.
Yes it was. I think Levert can become a solid bench guy for this team as the season goes on. With the way Vogrich was playing I am really happy that Coach B decided to burn Levert's redshirt.
Levert os going to slowly take minutes from Vogrich, which looks to be a good thing. Also gives the kid valuable minutes in the event Michigan has 2 or more kids go pro.
Hell not even slowly, vogrich only had 3m last night
I have not read through the thread but i was thinking last night of Stauskas's game and who it reminds me of..anybody come to mind? I see a little Keith Van Horn on the offensive end
He's a shorter Steve Novak right now.

Michigan's BBall team getting a lot of love from ESPN's Chad Ford.
ESPN’s Chad Ford says the Wolverines just might be:
But the team that may have the most talent in the country, in my book, is Michigan. The Wolverines currently have five players ranked in our Top 100. Kentucky is the only other team to have as many Top 100 players.
Right now, point guard Trey Burke is the only Michigan player ranked in our top 30, butGlenn Robinson III and Tim Hardaway Jr. both have the ability to crack the first round of the NBA draft. Freshmen Mitch McGary and Nik Stauskas are further down the list, but both have a real shot at getting drafted down the road.
That’s in part why I believe Michigan is a Final Four team and may give Indiana a run for the No. 1 spot by the end of the season.
I love this team so much.
Me too. So much fun to watch.
I was too young for the Fab Five, so this is just such a different team than anything I've ever seen Michigan have. So dynamic and explosive.
The Fab 5 were fun to watch as well but I think I am enjoying this team more. I loved the Fab 5 teams but I can't ever remember looking foward to watching Michigan play basketball as much as i have this year.
You know it's an exciting team when even I, who normally watches around three or four basketball games per season, watches even the games against the likes of Bradley and Western Michigan.
Exactly. I've never been really into basketball at all. Never played it, never watched the NBA, but I'm getting really excited about all these games.
I agree he reminds me a lot of Novak. Very good shooter but has the mobility and ball skills to hold his own, especially in the college game.
This team is more fun to watch then the Fab 5 was IMO. They are better coached, they also run the offense through a natural point guard who is really, really good at not only getting his teammates involved but scoring himself. Beilein also changes up the defense from man 2 man, 1-3-1, and 2-3 zone which is fun to watch from my perspective.
Rose and King weren't really point guards. Rose was more of a small forward forced to play the 1. Fisher almost exclusively played man 2 man, and they weren't very disciplined with the ball imo.
