Gareon Conley will visit Cincinnati tomorrow. Says he's solid to Michigan but parents want him to take a few Trips Oregon coming in Monday

Why the hell would you visit Cincy when you are committed to Michigan? What does Cincy offer that is better than Michigan?
Here we go
He better get on the phone with the coaches ASAP or he will not longer be a commit. Seems like we are going to get a kid who tests the policy every year.
Guess we have another temporarily scholarship available. He knows Hoke's policy so he can't be solid
Sad part is I doubt he will be allowed back in the class. IIRC they didn't entertain the idea of Pharoah Brown rejoining after he visited Oregon.
I thought they did the opposite. No longer considered Brown committed, and still recruited him.
I don't exactly remember, but I thought I remembered him trying to schedule a visit with the coaches, but they moved on to other prospects.
This is true. Conley would still be recruited, just not committed.
Exactly. Maybe Munchie Legaux ?...
Don't think it has anything to do with Cincy, he just testing the coaches. The school he wants to visit is Oregon.
Sucks because think he is a better player than his 91 ranking.
Does it matter if it's an not an official? He lives in Ohio. If he is just attending the game would it matter? There is a lot that unclear.
Yeah, TomVH's update is pretty in-depth for a quick update, sounds like Michigan is no longer his far and away top school.
I think I answered this same question on ESPN, not sure if it's you or not, but it doesn't matter if it's unofficial or official, the coaches will no longer count the prospect as a commit if they visit another school.
If he's not sure he wants to be a Wolverine, he should continue to look around. But so should Michigan. Take him off the "committed" board and revisit the short list of other potential DBs.
Oregon What have they offered ..
Ha that article was funny though.
Not that I am aware, they are visiting his school next week though.
I think you are right. the staff just treated Pharoah like he was never part of the class before. This situation worries me with Conley. I am looking forward to him alot more then I was Pharoah and think he can be a stud at Michigan. Rules are rules though and you probably shouldn't bend them for certain recruits .
I already hated Oregon but seriously they are like a little bug with our recruiting. First Jake fisher, then brown, and possibly Conley?
This is to bad. If he is not committed what happens if McQuay wants to commit on a visit? How about Willis?
Could one also add Dior Mathis to that list??
Brown visited Oregon without the coaches knowledge, thus the coaches pulled his scholly. I would think if Conley visited Oregon the coaches would stay in contact but would also pursue other players to fill that spot.
With out Conley we still have three corners committed. I really thought Conley had the greatest upside though. We push even harder for Leon but I still think he's all safety.
It happens to a lot of schools, they poached deanthony thomas from USC. Oregon is sexy to recruits so it happens.
Sounds like we may be saying goodbye to Conley if true. I would assume that the staff would put on the full court press for McQuay III.
