Good for him. Hopefully he spends the next 4 years getting roasted by our WRs.
Not surprising. The writing was on the wall.
He'll be solid, but our pass defense will never be an issue.
hahaha.... hope he sends Hoke a thank you letter for discovering him.
Come on down Reon Dawson... even trade if u ask me.
Congrats to tOSU and to the kid.
Good luck to him on his career. That being said, I hope he gets roasted by every WR he faces or gets shutdown by every corner he goes against, depending on what position he plays at OSU.
Always sucks to lose a kid to your biggest rival. But for whatever the reason may be, the kids gotta do whats best for him. He's still a great prospect. I feel like he was a kid new to the sport who came on the scene as a really promising corner. Then his senior year he got more time at wide receiver and really fell in love with playing offense and the more glamorous position. Just my guess and if so its a real shame because 6'1" corners with his athleticsm don't just grow on trees.
I gotta feeling he's gonna play CB for ohio too, the WR position was just bait to get him to sign. Urb has done things like that in the past.
Egh just insures more playing time for Peppers in'14
Spot on, urbanliar will say anything to get a kid to commit.
Better steal Kalis or Conley?
Honestly, recruiting in the Ohio landscape requires a strong stomach. You will always play with the OSU 'flip' aspect of each and every recruit - especially with Meyer. While this is a loss, one player does not make a team.

Definitely Kalis. By no means does it not suck losing Conley to OSU cuz he looks like he could be a great player, but they need Kalis a lot more than we need Conley.
Off topic a little but does anyone know where I can find an up to date scholarship breakdown chart?
You guys tried to tell him the same thing in the past week.
You have enemies? Good. That means you've stood up for something, sometime in your life.
I hear he's gonna be the next Percy Harvin.
100% agree. Any suckeye fan that is beating there chest makes me smile. Just knowing that our coaches are that good at recruiting and are making Urban get in dog fights for kids in his own state :)
I'm pretty sure Hoke said he would test Conley out at both positions, and go from there. It's a good get for you, but I think the last thing everyone on this board wants to see right now is a bunch of OSU fans over here gloating or stirring up trouble, especially since Conley was a nobody to you all until Urban offered.
Actually we said we'd take him as an ATH and not WR/CB. Maybe that meant WR/CB/S/KR...who knows. Good get tho. Won't see a snap on offense in my opinion.

He is a good get for them. That's one less visitor on the 14th. Crawford should be getting a phone call soon.
Crawford and McQuay more than make up for that loss. Plus next year's crop is equally, if not more talented. I'm not upset about this at all, other than he went to our rival.
Agreed. If he had decommitted and gone to, say, Arizona, it would not have been more than an after thought for me. I always liked him, and still do, but he is not a make or break recruit by any means.
Well this was expected. Best of luck to him, he seems like a great kid and he's a great player.
Hopefully we can get either McQuay or Crawford to make up for it
Time to put the full court press on Reon Dawson. According to other insiders, it's unlikely that Crawford will be offered a scholarship.
