Tremendous just put out an update. He was talking about Mone.
What did it say?
It's better that Mone doesn't commit rigth now. It's far too early in the recruiting process for him to be commtting to a school so far away from home. He needs to take his time.
Eh, Tremendous keep on doing what you're doing bruh. The article over at Scout echoes your sentiments as well; I think it's safe to say that Mone would like to go home "and talk to my mom and dad first. Hopefully everything turns out good."
Sounds like it's just a matter of time at this point. 6'4", 315lbs and compared somewhat to Haloti Ngata (playing style, build, not sure which)? Yes please.

Compared to Haloti Ngata because they both play DT and Ngata also went to Highland High in Utah. Don't know if they style or build are the same, but those the position and high school connection will keep the names tied in every article, I assume. And I don't really mind that since Mattison coached Ngata :).
Oh crap, forgot Mattison coached him. Makes their targeting him completely understandable.
Im not an insider here at 247, and Im sure the staff provides excellent insider material, but Tremendous is the best free Michigan recruiting blog out there. The reason is for the tangible content. He gets in contact with anyone and everyone, and he often does interviews with prospects well before any major site knows who they are. He talks to kids that are under the radar, so you can grasp what the nascent stages of the recruiting process must feel like. Tremendous for president

I like his website. I've been reading it since day one
I like Tremendous, he wasn't alone in thinking a commit was possible. He didn't say it was guaranteed, he said it was a possibility. He's got more info for free than most sites I know about.
I agree, I learn more about recruits from that site than any other. Really dont understand the venom in the attacks towards him. They had a couple misses. Who hasn't? These are kids.
Me too. I also like how he followed up on the commit watch...explaining who it was, the basis for his commit watch, and what happened in the end.
I agree and he didn't really miss in my opinion. He said commit watch which means a possibility but not getting one for sure.

If ya like his site so much, go over there and stay there. Quit bringing up his stupid name here. Its disrespectful to your hosts here
You are too much.
You are just pissy cause not everyone pays for this site.
+1 for you.
Personally, and no disrespect intended, but I feel it is a waste of money to pay for any premium recruiting information regardless of the site. With the advent of social media fans no longer need middle men to pass a long updates. It's all free now.
LOL what? This is a recruiting website, are we not allowed to discuss recruiting?
This is Michigan, fergodsakes.
What he is trying to say is, this is a premium recruiting site, and tremendous is a competitor. If ou pay attention, they have started deleting posts containing names of competitors. It does a disservice to Todd, clint and Steve to advertise for their competition.
I hate that the tremendous site has to approve comments.
That's why I don't leave comments there.
Personally, I think that that is ridiculous. Obviously we all support 247 simply by virtue of us being here, why shouldn't we discuss the other sites? In fact, they even endorse it, maybe not intentionally so, by including other sites in their composite ratings. This is a recruiting site, I come here because I believe that it is an easy, effective way to have access to all kinds of information. If they want to start deleting posts because they reference other sites, well, that's their prerogative, but they're offering a lesser product because of it and, in my opinion, that is not conducive to establishing yourself as a user-friendly website on the rise.
I repsect your opinion and I understand where you are coming from, but you wouldn't need to buy a membership to receive all the info. I think they are trying to walk that fine line between having an open policy and trying to get people to buy their product. If all the pertinent info was just thrown around, then not a single person would pay for the info and we would not have this site.
The owners of 247 can run the board however they want to run the board. They are providing the service so its their call.
That said, Tremendous isn't really a "competitor". He's a blogger with a lot of free, and advertisement-free, content.
