On the visitor list I asked you if you were getting the feeling it was mone. Now I have my answer and you give good reason why....still hoping for westphal.
I'm just happy that Bryan Mone is making it out for a visit. I'm pretty sure coaches are recruiting him for NT right? I want him in this class!
With Westphal confirming his visit....I've changed my mind and think its Westphal for sure.
"Those Who Stay...Will be Champions"
Hate to be a Debbie Downer, but it most likely isn't Westphal or Mone. Tremendous is the one that put us on commit watch last night, but he didn't even know those two were visiting until Sam Webb confirmed it this morning. So it's highly unlikely it's either of those two guys, but you never know. I think it will be the TE from Lapeer, since Tremendous has done multiple interviews with him, but he needs an offer first and I feel that Weishar and Bunting (also Dickerson) are better prospects at this point in time
One statement in this paragraph is wrong. That's all I'll say.
Guess it's Westphal then haha. Sorry if I was wrong
Would love to land Westphal.
I just don't think its westphal,I think its mone. IF, and its a big IF, anyone does commit, I think it would be him.
If its Westphal, we are going to have to hear about OSU and ND trying their hardest to get him to take official visits.
I can wait for him to take his time.
Alright boys, get out of the way and let the logical mind that scored in the 99th percentile on his LSAT break this down.
"Hate to be a Debbie Downer, but it most likely isn't Westphal or Mone."
If this were wrong, then we can assume that it is one of either Westphal or Mone. Unfortunately, that would also mean the following statement "So it's highly unlikely it's either of those two guys, but you never know." is also wrong, since it isn't "highly unlikely" that it's one of those two guys.
"Tremendous is the one that put us on commit watch last night, but he didn't even know those two were visiting until Sam Webb confirmed it this morning."
This is much more promising. Tremendous clearly put us on commit watch, so it's possible that the wrong statement is that he didn't know those two were visiting. Unfortunately, if this is the wrong statement, then it means that the "it most likely isn't Westphal or Mone" statement is correct, so although this fits logically, it isn't the outcome I want.
"I think it will be the TE from Lapeer, since Tremendous has done multiple interviews with him, but he needs an offer first and I feel that Weishar and Bunting (also Dickerson) are better prospects at this point in time"
Finally, we have this statement. While there are multiple parts that could be wrong and not change the overall meaning (i.e. Weishar and Bunting being better prospects), I think this is the most likely candidate for the "wrong" statement, since if this is wrong, it doesn't logically affect any of the other statements, and all it means is that the Lapeer TE won't be the commit.
Of course, if we go by Occam's Razor, then we can conclude that I'm just way overthinking this, so we should all just wait until Monday to see what the weekend brings.

I feel absolutely nothing is going to happen this weekend!
I upovted this because it was awesome and it brought you to 0. How could someone dv this?
Im thinking Bryan Mone or Westphal right now
I say Westphal. Kief or Bunting would work.

If the coaches extend an offer, that player has a green light to commit anytime he is ready, as long as the position is not full. An offer from this coaching staff means they want you on the team, and the ball is in their court until that position is closed.
You mean the way Ohio kept pursuing dymonte only for him to be an EE for us? Or how Ohio continued to contact LTT prior to him burning their letters ? Or how Shane told Bama thanks but no need to continue contacting? Recruiting doesn't stop with commitments, teams will keep calling guys. Fumny how 2 decommits gets folks all anxious, you know we have kept 90%.
Right, and the point of my post that you were quoting was that almost none of the 2014 kids coming in for a visit had offers. So when I said "won't push for a commit" I was implying that they wouldn't likely offer new DB/WR prospects at this point. My post was also prior to the news that Mone and Westphal were confirmed visitors too, and they clearly both have offers and could commit if they so desired.
I applied formal logic to Steve's comment that one of Jack Daniels' statements was wrong in an effort to deduce which was wrong. I narrowed it down to two, and then gave my prediction as to which one was actually wrong.

99th percentile eh? Was that after answering one practice question on your practice Kaplan?
I think you need to relook your conclusion. If the statement is wrong it certainly DOES NOT mean "it most likely isn't Westphal or Mone". It may not be one of them, but it certainly isn't because of the "logic" you applied to his statement.
Aquaman knowing they were visiting doesn't change the possibility it is, for example, the tight end out of Lapeer. It would simply be an incorrect statement by the original author and maybe the statement Aquaman was referring to.
I'll make it easy for everyone here instead of the back n forth bickering. It's David Dawson. Coaches have forgiven him.
Does it count as a recruiting win against Urban if that someway somehow was true?

I would say so. Anything to upset ohio's & urban crier's world is good.
I've gone thru all the visitors highlight films that I could....and other than McQuay....if we do have a commit this weekend....I really want it to be Derek Kief.
