Best of luck in the NBA to one of my favorite Michigan basketball players ever.
Still holding out hope, that he want sto make One More Run. But it aint happenin'.
On Sportscenter, just yesterday he said: It was a tough decision, but it'll probably happen in the next couple of days. That sealed his departure IYAM. An actual tough decision should take longer than 48hrs.
Its OK tho. Wish him the best & I'm Sooo very glad he returned for his Sophomore season, to take us on a ride to remember! Do your thang Trey!!
I agree. Thanks for the memories, Trey.

Michigan guard Trey Burke will enter the NBA Draft, source tells Y! Sports. He has scheduled announcement for Sunday.
ESPN is saying he's gone too. Not surprising at all, and I hope he has an excellent NBA career!
Michigan sophomore guard Trey Burke, the consensus national player of the year, will enter the NBA draft, according to media reports.
We all knew he was gone. Can't blame the young man. Best of luck to Trey in the NBA.
Now with that said. Man we would of been absolutely loaded next year if everyone came back. Oh what could of been.
Burke to the Grizzlies.

Some mock drafts have him going to the Thunder or Hornets. I'm confused by the Thunder, as I thought Westbrook was their PG, but it'd be awesome for Burke to play with Durant and Westbrook.
Tell me how that makes ANY sense. Saying that as a Grizz fan.
Not sure what team he would go to in the top 10, the team that makes the most sense in the lottery is the Mavs.

The Thunder is a weird choice. I think the Hornets would be a great fit though. They did draft Austin Rivers last year, but he's better suited to play the 2 anyways.
SG: Eric Gordon
SF: Al-Farouq Aminu
PF: Anthony Davis
C: Robin Lopez
That's a great backcourt, and Burke would be able to feed the ball to Davis and Lopez? That's dangerous.
It doesn't, but I want him regardless.
You did see the year Greivis had.
Why? we have Murder She Wroten, who in my opinion has a chance to be a star if he really works on his shooting.
Chill man.. It's just a hypothetical. I'm not saying Burke is going to come in and beat out Vasquez. Just saying that lineup would be good.
Because he's Burke, and he's one of my favorite basketball players ever?
I agree it would make 0 sense to draft him, and I was joking with my "Burke to the Grizzlies" comment.. I wouldn't be overly mad if we drafted him though, just because.
Tony W is great. I was real excited when the Grizzlies drafted him. Defensive stalwart, pretty good facilitator and an above average rebounder for a PG. He does need to develop a consistent shot though, I agree. And haha, that's an awesome nickname. Never heard that before.
I think the Hornets are a weird projection for Burke. If they draft him, I think they would have multiple guys who play the same spot, but I guess they do need to draft someone. Just wouldn't make sense to get pgs two years in a row. Thunder wouldn't be a bad choice since they are looking for someone to replace Harden's production off the bench. Plus, they have a great coaching staff. Would love to see what Burke could do under them.
I can see where you're coming from, but I see Rivers as more of a SG. And the Thunder already have Harden's bench replacement, I think. Isn't Kevin Martin fulfilling that role?
If the Magic get shafted and pick around 5 that would be another great fit.
And Grizz don't have a first rounder,Memphis trades a 2013 first round pick (lottery protected in 2013-2016) to Houston as part of the Shane Battier/Hasheem Thabeet trade. If pick is not conveyed by 2016, then compensation will be a 2016 second round pick and cash. Pick was conveyed to Minnesota as part of the Jonny Flynn/Brad Miller trade. Pick may be conveyed to Phoenix if Minnesota's pick is not within the top-13 in 2013 (top-13 2014, top-12 2015 and 2016)
He would do very well in Orlando. Udrih and Nelson are not going to be their for very much longer. And that team has some very nice young pieces in Mo Harkless, Nicholson,Vucevic, and Tobias Harris. Put a solid PG on that roster and they'll be good in a couple years.
I have a feeling Burke is going to be a similar player to Chris Paul. Maybe not at that level, but he will be a star.
Think Mike Conley.
I'm thinking Kyrie Irving-ish
"Those Who Stay...Will be Champions"
Sticking with my Conley comparison. Burke will be more polished coming to the NBA and with a tad more offensive game. It took Conley about three years to get it together and put enough strength to not wear down at end of season. It showing Conley avg 20 a game over last 10.
Good luck in the NBA Trey. One more season and your jersey would be in the rafters though.
I think his jersey still will and should be in the rafters
