My god in heaven, the angel of death is in Iowa City.
Re-re-re-reassessment again, again for Iowa RB
Obviously, you never want to see anyone get injured. I don't think Hill would have been the starter, although he was in the mix for playing time. Hopefully for his sake, it's just a sprain, and not a torn ACL.
Would you say that Garmon will be the starting RB this season?
It's still wide open. When Garmon signed, I predicted that he'd eventually emerge as the starter by the time conference play begins. As long as he's healthy, I still think that'll be the case. But right now, Damon Bullock is working with the first team, and Garmon, Hill and Michael Malloy (a true freshman preferred walk-on that had his offer pulled after he got in trouble) are all getting a lot of reps as well. Jordan Canzeri, a sophomore who likely would have entered camp as the starter, tore his ACL during spring practice. He recently said in an interview that he thinks he'll be 100% by the opener. That may be a little overly ambitious, but if he somehow is 100%, then he'll clearly be in the mix to win the starting job as well.
Sounds like AIRBHG made a visit to Tuscaloosa. Eddie Lacy. Might just be a sprained knee, but some rumors on tBB that it might be an ACL.
Yikes. That might open the door for Yeldon or even Dee Hart to start against us.
Their OL will still do well against our DL, but this helps.
I hope it's just a sprain, but I would be lying if I said I wouldn't mind seeing him miss the opener. Does that make me a horrible person?
If it does, then I'm a horrible person too.
I guess I'll see you in Hell.
I'll bring the bagels
You guys crack me up!
I hope Lacy is doing well and is ready to go on Sept 2 lol
"Those Who Stay...Will be Champions"
Angry Iowa Running Back Hating God is striking with vengeance on Saturday (again).
I would seriously consider getting a shaman/witch doctor/voodoo guy to remove that hex if I were Iowa. It is just unreal
The top two running backs left the game due to injury and didn't return. However, it doesn't appear that either injury is too serious, so both of them may be back by conference play, if not sooner.
They should just run the air raid.
Looks like AIRBHG actually did Iowa a favor this time.. That Wiesman dude is killing it.
He had a heck of a game Saturday, but he was also typically 7-8 yards downfield before anyone even touched him. Any back on the roster would have had a big game on that day.
