But Bill K said he hates Michigan!
Oh well, we tried.

I think this was a great offer. For 2013 we will hopefully have DeVeon Smith and Derrick Green. Then in 2014, I'd take one of the following Joe Mixon, Jonathan Hillman, Mikale Wilbon or Christian McCaffery. Then follow that up with 2 in 2015...either Harris, Webber or Romello Ross.
Joshua Alabi from Cass Tech also offered.
I wonder if the coaches are recruiting him for Oline or dline?
Also, once we lock up a 2014 QB, I am hoping we will then offer Jayru Campbell. I'd love to see 2013 Shane Morris, 2014 David Cornwell and 2015 Jayru Campbell.
With O'Connor reclassifying to 2014, is there anyone currently, outside of Campbell, that everyone in here likes?
It's a damn shame he reclassified, because my ideal succession would have been Morris '13, Cornwell '14, and O'Connor '15.
I don't think Campbell will be offered for a while. (Of course, the coaches can totally surprise me.)
I think our coaches want to see a lot of improvement from him this year. The Cass Tech coaches are looking to hire a QB coach for Campbell to help him become a polished passer.
And Kyle Kearns from 2015 looks good but he has the benefit of QB coaches Roger Theder and Will Hewlett since middle school.

IIRC, Joshua Alabi grew up a HUGE Michigan fan, correct?
I think the Michigan coaches are trying to send a clear message that Cass Tech is a Michigan pipeline (in addition to these players being extraordinarily talented).
Absolutely! I had my mind set on this option....with Campbell being plan 1b. Not a bad b option, haha.
Alex Malzone out of brother rice is going to be a big time prospect.
It's too bad Weber grew up Michigan fan, because Billy K. said OSU was his leader and that means his recruitment is pretty much over according to OSU fans, whose opinions I listen to and care about. I guess we should look for a new pipeline now :/
I agree that they probably won't offer for awhile. I think 2015 will be like 2014, where the coaches recruit hard but are very selective as to who they offer.
I think Kyle Kearns is another GREAT option.
If Michigan lands Cornwell, with him and Morris on board, I think that would give them more leverage to take someone like Campbell, who is slightly more raw but has a HUGE upside.
How did I get down voted for asking this question????
Got you back for it
Probably just a mistake. There are a lot of good people on this site.
