This situation with Biddle and The Peppers situation with Steve are the perfect examples of Michigan class compared to Ohio trash. Steve got the info a month before the announcement and did not take the kids limelight, just to be "the first to break the news".
Well Sugar admitted that Hearns won their final fight aka "the gift".
Hearns, Hagler, Leonard, and Duran...so many Classic fights. Three of those guys were just brawlers.
I loved those fights. I watch them from time to time on youtube.
Can somebody give me a recap of what happened in the last day? I don't feel like going back through pages and pages of content.

Stealing Sparty's recruits and owning them on the field since 1898
You must not be a Martin fan, that quote was from the show. I have the utmost admiration for all the fighters you named, esp hearns. just ragging you.
No doubt you do and no offense taken...because Sugar and Hearns had the utmost respect for each other.
But you did disrespect the Motor City Hit Man by comparing him to Ohio. Hearns won't take that lightly...better watch out who you open the front door for. HaHa.
Edit: No didn't see that Martin show. Ill have to look it up. Thanks. I did see the fight...and it was a "gift".

Nice.. He's still underrated though. So are Ways and Bunting.

All our guys can't always be underrated. Ways is probably right where he needs to be and Bunting hasn't played tight end so the only reason you could argue a bump is frame alone. There's no telling if he can or will learn blocking technique. I certainly believe he will.... but I root for Michigan.
Nobody on this board can define the word regression.... but it sure gets used a lot.
I don't think Winovich is underrated....89 seems fair. Bunting is a tad underrated IMO and I don't have a problem where Ways is but I'd like to see him higher obviously. The guy we have that is sorely underrated by most sites is Speight. Mone prolly needs to be higher too, but I'm ok with everyone else
"Those Who Stay...Will be Champions"
Bunting has his highest rating here doesn't he? 4* #7TE? Mone won't ever move up imo... he won't have the exposure. Speight on the other hand I agree wholeheartedly on. Our coaches didn't evaluate all their targets and then offer the #36 Pro-style QB. When all is said and done I figure he'll fall in line somewhere in the low teens of the Pro rankings.... and he'll exceed expectations as a Wolverine.
Eh, I think they're all where they should be for now. Bunting is a good receiver who needs to improve his blocking and play a full, healthy season in order to jump into the next tier of high 4-star players. Ways has a ton of potential, but drops too many passes and still needs to develop his ability to run routes beyond "run really fast in a straight line and catch the ball". Regarding Winovich, a high 3-star/low 4-star rating seems about right for a guy with a good frame and solid technique but without the violent hitting ability or freak athleticism that the elite tier of linebackers have shown.
There are explanations for the lower ratings Winovich (slender build - project), Ways (under-the-radar as he hasn't been playing long and highlights went out late), and Bunting (not coming in with a natural position).
Speight plays in a somewhat high-profile conference, his team aired the ball out, and he is rated fairly consistently across the board. Even his offer list is pretty indicative of his rating.
He's probably right where he should be.
Speight prolly deserves his rating right now...all I'm saying is he's underrated and will more likely get a good bump after his senior season
Speight will not move up the rankings until after the season is over. That's when sites can seat down and really breakdown his film. Missing a season is the only thing holding his rating back.

I'm too lazy to post the entire conversation, but Biddle and Baxendall got into a cat fight with some of the Scout OSU guys on Twitter.
Trieu said it best:
@AllenTrieu: Have a wedding this weekend. Sad I'm missing Ohio State camp and the potential Anchorman style brawl between the Buckeye sites
Comparing the staff of Bucknuts to Anchorman:

Not quite.. Brick would be their Ron Burgundy.
Mone will move up after, hopefully, the Army all American game. Similar to Pipkins after showing out at the same event.
Mone is going to the UA game, not the Army one /nitpicking
any news on parker westphal? It seems everyone is predicting him to michigan. Has he ever came out and said michigan is his leader?
He just constantly says that his visit to Michigan set the bar...and continues to be bar set
ok thanks, hope he commits soon.
Chris Emma @CEmmaFOX 4m
Denzel Ward has committed to #Purdue. This is huge for the Boilers.
