definetly, was all the way
Our coaches have been showing interest in this RB from Chicago. I really like his film; with his height and low center of gravity, it would be difficult to find him behind a mammoth O-line, and when you do locate him he has the speed to elude. The 2014 class is stacked at RB, and we have a solid shot to land at least 2 great players at the position. A lot of these RB we have interest in are very different in size and style, so it depends on what the coaches want for the class. Do they take 2 dissimilar backs for more versatility, or 2 that are more of the same mold. He stated:
Wants: "I want to go to a school that has a good business program. I want to run behind a great offensive line and play in a pro-style offense. Campus-wise I just want a friendly atmosphere and I'm also looking to play for a good coaching staff".
He might need to read the OSU O-line scraps thread to get perspective on running behind a great offensive line if he doesnt know already.

La Salle 2014 WR Derek Kief is visiting Michigan today, says La Salle coach Tom Grippa #enqr #Michigan #Wolverines

Whoever offers him first, between OSU and Michigan, will have the upper hand in his recruitment. Hopefully the staff extends a schollie today.
Seems like there are a good number of talented/highly ranked WRs in the Midwest for 2014. That's a nice change, since the last 2 years seemed underwhelming to me (for WR talent).
A 6'5" WR? Yes, please.
This is Michigan, fergodsakes.
Kid plays against some of the best competition out there as well.
I 2nd That!!
I 3rd that!!!
"Those Who Stay...Will be Champions"
I really like this kids game. I hope he really is interested in Michigan.
How pro OSU is LaSalle?
I believe he is, just need to offer him before OSU.
it definetly sounds like he is but i agree its critical we offer first and recruit him as hard as possible
Speaking of WR's, what are the chances we land Josh Malone? He seems like a great one.
Yea I'd love to land either Josh Malone or Jalen Hurd (or both!) - but I'm guessing they both head to the SEC. It's really tough to pull kids north out of Tennessee unless they have Midwest connections (Bars).
No idea on Malone but Hurd really likes Bama at this point.
IIRC, Clint mentioned that Malone is (strongly?) favoring Alabama.

It's a mix of osu and cinci. Posey went to osu. My roommate in college is best friends with posey. He told me posey grew up a Michigan fan and wanted to go there. He said that osu recruited him way harder and when he went to a Michigan game one of the fans called him the N word so I then picked osu
If this is true, then it's indescribably disappointing.
It sounds fishy like Gholston's story. It could have happened, but it could just be like Gholston's story of his recruitment.
We are college football
That was a bit before my time of following recruiting; would you care to fill me in on the Gholston situation?
He said that he grew up loving Michigan, and was gonna go there until he went to AA for a visit, and all of the people called him Tom. He was upset because his name wasn't Tom.
Apparently this guy is bff with all of Cincinnati 's high school recruits
The real reason Gholston didn't end up at Michigan was because he had a special "advisor" who took him on all his visits, bringing him to MSU all the time, and shielding him from certain coaches and lying to him on his Michigan visits. That "advisor" soon became a MSU assistant coach after Gholston's recruitment.
