Yea Fournette has less of a chance of leaving the SEC than Scarborough.
Edit: But I'd love to have him!
This post was edited by UMPat 22 months ago
I put him on there because out of the list of players I was given, he was one of the best. I was going to put Bo Scarbrough, but decided not to. I'm probably going to switch that one with Jonathon Hillman.
Yeah, I think Hillman will be in place of Fournette.
This is Michigan, fergodsakes.
It makes sense if you're putting him up there based off of the top talent we're after, either way I'm sure we'll land a top RB in 2014.
Go Blue & Gig Em'!
I updated it to Scarbrough/Fournette/Hillman.
He fits the offensive plan perfect, so it would be huge to land him.
Well of course I want Peppers, but I try to be overly realistic in my projected class. It would be like wanting to date Kate Upton. Get in line...
Check out my 2 deep of UM's base 4-3 under defense, let me know your thoughts. Last updated: 3/28/12
Dude, Peppers grew up a big Michigan fan and so did his teammate, who is also being recruited by Michigan.
Isn't Booker a huge OSU lean?
I know that. But who else was he a "big fan" of? I hope you're right and im wrong but Im not getting my hopes up. Damon Webb alone would make my day.
Booker? Is that the kid whos dad played at Auburn?

Is that a wishlist? Dante Booker is an OSU lean right now. Montae Nicholson will commit to OSU on the spot if he is offered. Blazevich and Prince haven't visited or scheduled visits to Michgan yet. If that's a projected class that's very unrealistic.
It was just for fun and those are the targets on top of the board for Michigan. More or less who the staff has told they are going after the hardest, not really a mock class. There is no way to do a mock class this early because there will be a ton of prospects who will emerge throughout the process and situations that will change. I mean, go back and look at the 2013 predictions for the class, I think most people got it roughly 50% correct.
Isn't every kid from Ohio usually a huge OSU lean? Tom Strobel and Kyle Kalis (hell, he was committed to OSU) come to mind in the 2012 class and Dymonte Thomas, Jake Butt, and DeVeon Smith come to mind for the 2013 class. Most of the childhood favorite teams usually don't win out in most cases as recruits tend to favor different schools when the recruiting process begins and create relationships with the coaching staffs.
Booker is actually a big OSU lean and will likely come down to OSU and Auburn (since his dad played there).
Pretty sure Smith was a Michigan fan growing up.
Also if that list isn't a guess/wish list rather than a top prospect/who we are after hard list, it should probably have Josh Malone on it at WR.
I'll add him.
Everyone on our wishlist is gonna commit to OSU, ermahgawd.
I'm sure people have already said this, but Fournette, Blazevich, Booker, and Prince are not happening. Huge longshots.
Also, surprised there's no OL/DL Sam Mustipher, LB/DE Gelen Robinson, DT Brandon Hines, OL Mason Cole, and TE Mark Andrews
Is Prince that much of a long shot? The others are, that I agree with, but Prince hasn't really visited that many schools yet and has said he wants to visit Michigan.
As we've said in other posts, that is more of a top targets list rather than a best guess/mock class thing.
Want that RB out of TX, Daniel Gresham.
DE Da'Shawn Hand has us as one of his top schools ATM, requested 247 to put Michigan and a few other schools at warm. VT leads here IMO, though.
The nationShawn Hand (Woodbridge, Va.) is warm on several programs and has a favorite recruiter.
