At the UA all america game, jan 4,5?
Yeah, no one in Troy thinks he is coming to us. In fact, Oregon saw the writing on the wall and told max to not even come up to eugene for a visit, and coach chip K hopped on a plane to go visit LM3.
boo! Did ya guys have Snoop Dog show up on his visit ;) The only reason why I ask is because Ty Issac saw the Terminator when he visited.
I remember that. It was definitely a telling set of events....
Snoop dogg was all booked up.
I think LM3 spent a lot of time with his parents talking with the academic folks at school. He is really into the books.
It appears that there were a lot of our local recruits like C-HAwk and Sua Cravens around on unoffical visits to hang out with LM3 in addition to some guys on the team.
A safety tandem of Cravens and Mcquay should be made illegal. That's going to be amazing for you guys in the future.
Congrats on the pickup if true.
usc fans should start caring about the ncaa not recuirting. there back looking at usc again and there cheating head coach
Any one of the 3 guys (Redfield, McQuay, and Goodman) paired with Cravens has the potential to be great.
I'm not really buying the silent commit thing though.
I am. The guy predicting this commit was also the first one to predict the Ty Isaac thing as well.
I wouldn't doubt a silent commitment too much, after all McQuay was saying USC was the favorite when they didn't even have a spot for him at the time.
and i dont want anybody usc is recuirting. the school is just slezzy
Thx. We need the help. We are soo thin, any help on the DL, DB field is appreciated and needed. But what are "committments" anyway. They dont sign contracts till NSD so we will see.
Next year Kiffin plans on using sink holes for the Oregon game, and randomly two footballs at the same time for the Stanford game.
Miami, Auburn, and USC who ends up on probation first?
Thank you. So question: why are you continously recruiting Ty I. and LM3??
Pls stop recruiting Ty and LM3, from your logic, these kids are not good enuff to be a part of Go Blue!. U are constantly in contact with these guys, just drop them off your board. As you say, we are "sleezy" and we should be careful of the ncaa, and our head coach sucks, and we cant do anything right, blah blah.
Heard it all before dude: USC always has haters, and ppl who get hard-ons for everytime something negative happens to us.
Its all good baby, 2013 is our 2nd "sanctioned" class and we will pull in kids that are every bit as good as yours, ohio states, or wisconsins.
And ur comment that we should be careful about the ncaa....Obviously you are not in the loop, but the ncaa has its own problems in the McNair defamation case. A judge has already called the ncaa malicious in its handling of the USC case, its a matter of time before the various emails and other corrspondence comes to light. Yeah, we need to worry about the ncaa, ha.. There is nothing more the ncaa can do to us. And they are more worried about having their ass exposed in this lawsuit than worrying about some sanctions.
One of them: NCAA is a little scared of what will come out of the ex coach's lawsuit against them.
He's not recruiting anyone our coaches are that is an opinion, probably shared by more than one fan here and elsewhere. USC's football is shady and their coach is even more so. Your coach is a joke doesn't really matter who you bring in. He has to cheat to try and win because he has no ethics and is a complete douche bag.
Make a new flame thread if yall want. I'm sure the one from a few months ago is still around.
7-5 with a bunch of five stars and the next Joe Montana this year. we are all terrified over here.
What the hell are you doing?
Hg1 started bashing USC for no reason, when SC Trojan was here having good discussion.. then you start with this?
"USC always has haters, and ppl who get hard-ons for everytime something negative happens to us.
Its all good baby, 2013 is our 2nd "sanctioned" class and we will pull in kids that are every bit as good as yours, ohio states, or wisconsins"
"Yeah, we need to worry about the ncaa, ha.. There is nothing more the ncaa can do to us. And they are more worried about having their ass exposed in this lawsuit than worrying about some sanctions."
This is good coversation?
What in the hell are you reading/doing?
lawsuits and cheating can't wait for some more good convo.
Yeah...give the guy a break. He came in peace and should be left that way. Every school has its moments...so remember that.
No flame thread needed dude. I always come over here to read whats up with Michigan, my second favorite school. Played baseball at SC, went to Michigan for grad school. I am done talking with little panzy child amazinglyblue78, i notice he just talks , for the sake of talking and prolly never played a sport in his life: we have a few of our own too, i think every board does.
Anyways, good point, and no disrespect. I dont comment much on others' boards bc its foreign turf and that should be respected. That said, Hoke is turning into a recruiting power himself. I think with this year's class UM should have enough talent in its pocket, now its just developing some of the younger kids.
And Gardner, i think that dude will be scary at QB next year. Not sure the targets he will be throwing to, but I think the offense will be at another level with him at full time QB. Some say he is better than Braxton Miller. From the games i have seen, i can believe it.

Braxton is a beast runner who isn't a good passer at all, Gardner is a very good passer while still posing a threat to run. I'll take Gardner anyday.
Thanks for coming. Every fan base has fools. Just ignore them and don't feed them!
Gardner is surprisingly good.
But bc he is so swift, the question is will Hoke and Co. finally transition to a pro style offensive scheme. or Use more of the pro / spread hybrid that Denard was utilized in. To me, it looks like you can stay in the hybrid, and just throw out of it more. The more I look at FB, the more I think that old school prostyle may not be utilizing all of the different advantages a team may have. Playing in space is very advantageous when u have a denard or gardner. Hoke knows best, but running the scheme u been running, but having a guy that can skling it with accuracy, means a high percentage of third down conversions and eventual points. IMHO, had Gardner not been hurt, been playing QB from about game 3, ohio would have lost the game this year against a gardner-lead UM attack. .
It's a tough call, but right now I'd still take Braxton. His legs are a game-changer and he's still got time to become a good passer. Gardner has looked great, but I'd like to see him continue that against some top notch competition.
