I'm not sure if Su'a will make it over the summer - he'll probably just come in for his OV during the year with Joe Mathis. That's the plan for now.
Didn't they pick up Russell Bellomy within the last year or two? While he's not fantastic, he is better than nothing.
Bellomy will be a RS FR this season. And actually Borges has had some pretty good praise for him even in his young career so far.
I hope they get to use him in the blow outs this year to get him some experience.
I have a theory on why bluechip WRs arent flocking to UM just yet. And its because UM doesnt have a legit passing game implemented yet. We are selling a future passing game to recruits, and maybe thats why they are hesitant to buy in. If Denard can pass for 2,750ish yards this season, I expect interest from bluechip WRs to pick up. But until then, our recruiting efforts might be hindered a bit with wide receivers. Just my theory though.
Check out my 2 deep of UM's base 4-3 under defense, let me know your thoughts. Last updated: 3/28/12
I don't think it has to do with our passing game as much as a lot of the WRs we're in on wanting to take their time. We have at least two spots open so there is no real hurry at the moment.
That theory crossed my mind as well.
Tre Bell is set to visit in the Spring. Further proof that we are pursuing a third CB, I guess.
Probably visiting the same time he's at ND on the 24th. When is your guys spring game? I really like our chances with Bell.
I was reading on the mgoblog recruiting post that MarQuez North is originally from Flint, which was news to me. Maybe we do have a solid chance if he has now lost interest in UNC.
We'll see, have to get him on campus first. I don't believe he is a big fan of cold weather though.
But North is in his name.
Random speculation commence:

@TyIsaac oh yeah I wouldn't expect anything less than the Borges bro. Keep it up! Haha
Hoke and staff are amazing.
Can someone put those tweets into simpler terms
Looks like Dymonte is calling for Isaac to commit as well.

Eh, it isn't much just Shane talking to Ty Isaac. Dymonte Thomas did tweet this to him though

@TyIsaac better commit to Michigan everyone is doing it :)
Wherever I read it I think he said he would visit when it's warmer. Probably proof right there.
What cold weather? It's suppose to be in the 70s all this week.

North, Daniels, and Foster are all burners. Treadwell also has some speed.
More than anything, I think our coaches want bigger WRs that can be physical if need be. I think our coaches forsee future match-ups against the SEC.
And we need to improve considerably at the skill positions.
