That would be huge.
Just saw that Scott Sypniewski is a two-star and received a 75 in the numerical value.
Bailey visiting next week (Thursday) I believe. Interesting if we get a commitment watch next week. Interesting if McQuay shows up. Interesting ...

Fox would be a guard right now, but he's only played OL for 1 season. After a few years I think he'll develop into a very good Tackle. I definitely like his ceiling at Tackle more than Guard.
Anyone heard anything out of Darren Carrington recently? I heard he was supposed to be at camp and I'm interested to hear how that's going. He's one of the few (only?) 2013 guys at camp with an offer. That's usually a good thing, but just curious why we haven't heard anything regarding him.
My guess .... waiting on others ahead of him, i.e. Bailey, Harris, etc. This assumes (a) 4 WRs being taken in '13, and (b) Treadwell is one of the 4WRs being taken in '13.
I've heard Carrington really wants an Oregon offer, and if he gets one he coould possibly commit there. I don't think thats a gurantee though.
khalid hill had a good camp with morris so far. Catches everything in sight and a good route runner. In fact of notes ive read he was the only one who could catch morris' bullets
Tremendous might be saying buckle up in his cryptic tweet?!
I still don't see him outplaying Devin Funchess or Jake Butt to start.
He plays a different position, or at least plays a different role out of the position.
Article on the kids going to the Rivals camp this weekend.
Michigans 2013 group is way ahead of schedule with 21 commitments before the end of June, and four of those players have been invited to participate in the Rivals Five-Star Challenge camp this weekend in Atlanta.
Bkp is correct. He is an h back
It's similar to a fullback but generally will not get any carries. Essentially a tight end that lines up in the backfield and goes in motion to block or catch a pass.
The other tight ends line up outside of the tackles.
This is nitpicky, but Al Borges calls it the "U-back" in his offense. AFAIK, it is the same or very similar to H-back.
Yeah, Borges goes by the "U" and the "Y" designations for his tight ends, but I thought that Borges had also told Hill that he would be used as an H-Back.
yup you are right i am wrong. I forgot that he did use the term U. Does anyone have any working knowledge of exactly how borges uses the U? tendencies?
Don't know about Borges, but I believe the Y lines up on the line and blocks at the point of attack more. You generally want your taller guys that can support more bulk as they will be blocking a lot more. The U lines up off the line of scrimmage, very much like an H-back. Typically the position puts much less attention on blocking and size, so Khalid with his great hands and less than optimal height is perfect.
At least that is what I got when I tried to research the two positions.
New offeree Channing Stribling highlights:
Seems like a playmaker and the coaches see him as a solid DB prospect.

Paul Harris is suppose to visit USC for a week in June. He recently confirmed that they are still his leader. Not sure if he rescheduled a visit with us or not, but it would make sense for him to commit to USC on that visit given the circumstances. Like many others have said, I think he has very similar attributes to the two WRs that already committed to us.
I thought LaRue was going to commit to USC any day now?
How many scholarships does USC have to offer?

I guess that is why Harris made quick plans to visit there. Seems like it could be either of the two in the next week or so.
I believe USC likes LaRue at CB, but I could be mistaken.
Kid looks like a great ball player. Instincts on the defensive end of the field are very impressive. Always seems to get himself into the right place. 81 that seems low for me, much more impressed with his film than Harris. Is it his weight?

^ I agree. I liked what saw in Channing Stribling's highlights.
I think Paul Harris is a nice prospect but I was not convinced by his tape.
