What he is trying to say is, this is a premium recruiting site, and tremendous is a competitor. If ou pay attention, they have started deleting posts containing names of competitors. It does a disservice to Todd, clint and Steve to advertise for their competition.

The owners of 247 can run the board however they want to run the board. They are providing the service so its their call.

That said, Tremendous isn't really a "competitor". He's a blogger with a lot of free, and advertisement-free, content.

But yes, I would say he is a competitor. He interviews kids that Michigan is recruiting. If he could charge he would, in fact he has said so. So I'm not sure how that isn't competition. Not trying to.argue, its just my opinion. I like the open policy they have had here, its what drew me here, but I can really see why they would crack down.

Stayed out of this until this; that statement is absolutely 100% false. It would defeat the entire purpose of why the site was started. Sorry Kyle.

This board is excellent and easily the highest quality for recruiting information. I occasionally get messages from people saying they want to join one of the four and I usually recommend 247/ESPN. I'll continue to as well.

EDIT: I'd also add that Steve in particular has been one of the first to drop us a congrats whenever we've broken something noteworthy. He along with the rest of the crew do a great job.

Don't let a few bother you. I've always been a fan of your site and think you do a "tremendous " job!

You told me personally about a year ago that a pay site was the ultimate goal and that it would be great if it could pay a few bills. I replied by saying you needed to make your site unique and get more team notes. You said to me that it is very hard to get on the inside of the Michigan program. I'm not surprised you don't recall that conversation.
