I don't doubt that he can get another job in football if he wants it...but I'm gonna he starts thinking about coming home to AA in some capacity.

I have almost no doubt he'll come back to AA when he retires, but I'm not sure he's done yet.
All the work he does at Mott and all the love he has for the University will draw him back here. Mallory will hopefully be DC when Mattison is done, so I'd love Woodson to take over DBs. Would be a recruiting machine.

Word is that pay cut wasn't talked about. Have to think injuries also played a part in packers thinking.

Who are the contenders for to sign Woodson? Without looking at availible cap and what Chucks market value is, I'm just gonna guess SF. He knows the area, and can be closer to his wine venture out there.

I mentioned this to coach Hoke last year when I met him about bringing Charles on board once he retires...he basically responded with a "wellll you never know"....I dont think hes really given it much thought to be honest.

yea I paraphrased that, but his exact answer was pretty close.....he paused for a few seconds (because I dont think the thought had crossed his mind) and he may have just answered "you never know" after the initial pause
