I have a positive outlook. If MSU wins, it helps us. If Nebraska wins, MSU losses.
It's a win-win day regardless of the outcome.

Once Ghoulston is off the team I will be able to root for Sparty again. Till then I root for Sparty to lose every game unless it's against the SEC.

We NEED help from someone, doesn't matter if it's Sparty or someone else. On top of that, we would need to win out. Do we have the offense to pull that off? I don't know man, that looks like a tall order after not scoring a TD for the 3rd game this season.

So you'll root for Sparty in a meaningless game against any random SEC team, but not when it improves our chances at the conference championship game?

I feel slightly dirty reading this thread, but thanks for the support. MSU isn't a very good team this year, but the whole conference sucks.
Hope Denard is o.k. Got a ton of respect for the kid and hope he can finish his senior year healthy and in style. Classy rep of your university.
Michigan State does not and will not run the 3-4 defense.

It makes no sense for us to root against Michigan State, especially against Nebraska. I'm not going to go posting positive things about Sparty on message boards, but I'll be happy if they beat the Huskers and help us out in the run to Indy.
