I would give him the Stonum reshirt if I was Meyer. He is only a freshman so it wouldn't be that bad a thing but let Dunn know he is on a short leash and if he screws up again he will be dismissed from the team.

If he wasn't DUI, it's not much different than failing a drug test ... except he got caught by the police. Is that really worthy of a 1-year suspension? Stonum was on his second. I think that's different. If it happens again with Dunn, yeah, then you hammer him. But not for a first offense.

He's suspended. Beyond that, nothing has been made public. I doubt he gets suspended for an entire year for a first time DUI. Maybe if he was a troublemaker and had repeatedly been in the dog house, but I haven't heard that either. Most DUI's do not result in a 1-year suspension. If Hoke does that with Fitz, it will be incredibly harsh.

Nope. Still suspended indefinitely. My best guess will be a 2 game suspension. Strict enough to send a message and make Fitz pay for his mistake, but still lets him get in two non-conference games.

If it was a violent offense or any drug other than weed, I would not feel the same way. I fully believe it should be legalized. I don't smoke anymore but seriously, you cannot compare the harm to society caused by alcohol and marijuana and the one WAY worse is legal.
Nothing more than 2 games imo
