OSU barely beat Purdue. Barely beat means jack. We probably lose to whomever we play.

USCe,Georgia,Florida,TAMU....Honestly I don't think we have a good shot at beating any of them. We'll be an atleast 7 point underdog to any of them.

So capital one says that if nebraska wins they will take us or north western. That means they will take michigan. If nebraska loses then they will take northwetsern or nebraska.

No it makes sense. if nebraska wins, they are going to the rose bowl. Then they would most likely select us over northwestern since we beat them and travel well.
If nebraska somehow loses, then they would most likely be selected since they are the second best team in the big ten.

Rumor has it the Capital One bowl is looking to match Michigan up against Texas A&M.

Now the real question is which team does our mod TAMU cheer for?

I vote for a cancellation of the bowl season if that happens...

In order teams that I would prefer to match up with.
1. UF - Our defense can keep us in that one and maybe we pull one out like the Sugar Bowl
2. SC - Clowney would dominate Lewan. But two great defenses with struggling offenses....would be a great game. Plus I live in SC and have to hear how great SC is from all these rednecks
3. TAMU - Only cause Manziel vs. Gardner and DRob would be sweet
4. UGA - very little chance of winning that one but UGA is very inconsistent sometimes and plays very poorly on big stages.

If georgia beats bama, they very well could drop behind florida in the BCS. Leaving them out and most likely the very next SEC to get selected.

To be honest SC and Florida are the only 2 teams I feel we are on par with.

But lewan wilk get beat. But its not going to be utter destruction like tou guys think. Lewan will be top 15 player in the draft for a reason. His pass protection is pretty good. I think he will step up

I think the Cap One bowl is set, no matter what happens this weekend, on A&M vs. Michigan. Their marketing campaign for 1 month will get to flip between "Denard Robinson's last college game" and "Heisman Finalist Johnny Football's first bowl game"... it's a ratings-guru's dream scenario. Nebraska will pack the stadium, but Michigan-A&M will bring many more eyes to the TV sets.

They originally thought the contract stated if any team was 2 wins apart from the next best team they automatically got the bid, so a 10-3 Nebraska team would get the nod over 8-4 Michigan and they'd have to pick between them and Northwestern. It was later clarified though that the 2-game gap was wins OR losses so because Michigan would be within 1 game of Nebraska with 4 losses compared to 3, they'd still be a possible choice. That's when the marketing teams take over and make the decisions..
